(UPDATED) A few years ago I had a terrible experience here, but today?s visit changed my whole perspective! The personnel made... us feel very welcome. A non Hispanic crew member greeted us in Spanish and really tried to interact with our son. The servicewas fast, the restaurant super clean, and the food was at the right temperature. Kudos to the company for turning this placearound! ??? (OLD EXPERIENCE) The restaurant displayed a bundle. We asked for the price of the bundle via drive through andordered it. When we had to pay, the price had gone up 5 dollars! The cashier called a supervisor since he couldn?t figure outwhy the price did not match. The supervisor was extremely rude to us! She wasn?t even wearing her face mask properly and saidshe just wanted us going. My son was very disappointed that he didn?t get the nuggets he wanted, but I?m not giving my money topeople that mistreat us. Read more

Anyone can have a bad day and that goes for business establishments also. So why I will give them a chance again I have to say... after reviewing literally a hundred McDonald's this was one of my most disappointing. It also seems to me that corporatelocations are not as well run as local franchises and that with corporate stores less of the revenues stay in our local areas. Read more

I can't stand the managers attitude, everyone else on the team at this location is above and beyond wonderful. Quality is always... number one and never disappointing. Best part of my day is grabbing breakfast / lunch from here. Read more

The best McDonald?s I have ever had! Fries were so crispy and perfectly salty. My chicken sandwich was well dressed and tasted... amazing! Read more

This says 24hrs and I went there to order food since I work 3rd shift and is only place that says open drive thru says open but... no one took my order however you can clearly see the employee sitting in dining area on her phone. Atleast have the courtesy toput a sign out saying not taking orders right now. Read more

My mother and I went through your drive thru on Sunday night. The young man who took our order&moneywas very nice and polite.... The service was fast&friendly-our sandwich order was also correct. Read more

We went through the drive thru, which was fine. My 5 year old granddaughter needed to use the restroom so I parked to take her... in. The doors were locked even though there were people sitting inside eating. The bun on my double cheeseburger was hard. Theburgers were cold, cheese never melted. Just like they came out of the package. Fries cold. My granddaughter said her nuggetswere good....we won't stop there again. Read more

Rude manager. Family and I sat inside to eat. We used a phone to place our order and selected the table side service that is... advertised in the window. A manager, tall white gentleman, set empty drink cups down on the counter and said nothing. When theyweren?t picked up right away he looked at us held the cups up and asked ?you have three drinks?? When we responded yes, he justset the cups back down. My husband went and got the cups and asked why the cups weren?t brought to us. ?We haven?t done thatsince covid.? I?m sorry but COVID is when this type of service started at McDonald?s restaurants. When our food was ready hejust stood there repeating the name on the order. My husband was in the process of bringing the drinks to the table so hecouldn?t grab the food. This manager just stood there repeating the name. He finally brought the food over to us still repeatingthe name over and over. His tone the entire time was not polite. He spoke to my husband like he should have known the foodwasn?t going to be brought to us. But if you advertise a service in your window, you can not get rude with customers that aretrying to utilize said service. Read more
