I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I got to the order screen, I gave them my code for points - to which I was informed... that I had to do that once I got to the window. Okay, I can do that here, but it does state to provide it before ordering andother McDonald's will be snippity if you don't. So it's now okay to order. I begin. Then I'm told to hold on. I waited 5 moreminutes. Finally I was able to order. I get to the window to pay and they didn't even know which order was mine. They asked if Ihad the mobile order and if I'd been a dishonest person, I could have said yes, not paid a dime, and still received my food atthe next window. I'm not sure what was going on or if this is a normal occurrence for this location, but it definitely wasn'tpleasant and I couldn't see myself going back here unless I was truly desperate. Read more
Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes for a McCurry for my kid. Employees were just standing there chatting and not serving... their guests. Operating owner should be ashamed. Train your people or get new ones. Read more
Around 2:20pm July 25 we pulled up to the drive through, and the man taking orders had an attitude. He was also working the cash... out station at the time. When we got to the first window, he didn?t say anything at all just stayed quiet. Please teach himbetter as it was very rude to have him in a window and not greet customers or not saying at all that?s why I?m giving a 1 startoday. Read more
We got here during the day and let me say this place is really fun. All the employees are very fun and nice. I got my food here... and it was perfect in every way and got here in a timely fashion. June 14th 2022 Update: still very nice. Read more
Very disappointed. I just stopped by to grab two McFlurries and a burger. I went inside and they were super busy and I could... tell they were short staffed. After waiting for 20 minutes I was able to get the attention of someone and said I didn't get myorder. Someone, I presume the manager because they were wearing a button down shirt as opposed to the polos everyone else waswearing, said they had accidentally deleted some orders from the board a while back. That's what upset me. They knew they madea mistake instead of looking up the order or checking with everyone waiting they waited for the customer to complain. I justdidn't appreciate it. Read more
Staff needs to be better. Food prep ok. Dining area was a mess -- fries on the floor, spilled drink & spilled ketchup around... the drink area, no ketchup & no serving cups, all while 3 employees standing by the counter hanging out. Was not busy. Waslike that for the 30 min I was there. I'm concerned about food quality here now based on the lack of attention to the diningarea. Will need to see positive reviews before coming back to this location. Read more
The cashier was nice, but they always make my sandwich wrong and I only have a 30 minute break. Lettuce and onion only, don't... feel like it's that hard. Read more
