I work across the street- everytime i?ve tried it for lunch I have to wait nearly my entire break. 30-40 min after the ?ready... time?. I understand difficulties with the work force but change the estimated ready time to accommodate delays. Manager is rudeabout it as well. Would not recommend. Read more

they straight up stole my money. never got the food, they deliver through doordash, gave me a link that does't open and I never... got my food. I tried to get my money back, but I dont have an hour to a waste by going through the needed steps. I will neveruse theor app to order again. never had a problem with in-person ordering, but this was a literally waste of time and money. Read more
The only reason it isn?t a 1 is because of the nice cashier. They were out of several advertised products with no signage... letting the customer know they were out. They let me know that they changed cups and they aren?t as sturdy, only after my teaspilled because the new cup couldn?t handle the volume. This location has gone down hill. Also, who I was assuming were themanagers were on the front end speaking inappropriately about work and personal issues. I was ready to purchase more but everypart of my experience was terrible. I am a frequent customer of this McAllister?s. I always place a pick up order in the app, then leave my office and normally do... not have to wait. When I walk in, the order is done. I do not know what has changed but I had to wait for 15 minutes for mypickup order. What is the point of placing a pick up order if it?s going to take just as long as dining it? I?m verydisappointed because I used to love this location but it?s really gone downhill. Read more
The food here is about as good as it can get for a deli. Very tasty and fresh, and lots of options for any palate. There is a... large amount of indoor seating and a smaller amount of outdoor seating so, even if it's busy, you'll likely find a seat. Thefood does take a bit of time to come out: I think I waited about 12 minutes for my to-go meal, but I would probably besuspicious if it came out in a shorter time frame than that.
