We ordered a Deluxe Pizza online. When my husband arrived to pick it up, they were just starting to prepare the pizza. It said... on his app that the pizza was ready, but he waited an additional 15 minutes to receive the pizza. The pizza was hot and wellprepared. The flavor was good, the toppings were sufficient, and we enjoyed our meal. The price was fair for the quantity andquality. The slow service and inaccurate app are the only reason I docked them a star. Read more
The ONLY problem i had was that the app said the pizza would be ready at 4:50 pm... I arrive early and they haven't even started... the pizza. Then the app says the pizza was ready, but it wasn't. I was the only customer in the restaurant as you can tell bymy pics. On game day, being late can be a problem, and I had to explain why I was late when the app said the pizza wasready. Other than that, everything else was fine. They gave me a complimentary soda for my trouble. The staff was courteousand friendly. The pizza was good for the price. We had the deluxe pizza. Hopefully they can pick up the problem with timing,other than that it was ok. Read more

Ordered food for delivery off of the website and got my confirmation email and my card was charged. Checked to see where my food... was and the track my order showed that my order was canceled. It took 7+ phone calls before anyone answered the phone and whenthey finally answered they told me that they have no delivery drivers and aren't taking delivery orders and that they called meto tell me. They never called and they are still allowing delivery orders on the website. The individual who answered was notremorseful that they took the money off my card and told me that I could just place another order for pick up. Then when Iinformed them that they never called me they asked for the phone number on the order and when I gave it to them they said thatthey didn't have the order ticket anymore so they couldn't confirm that it was accurate. Our first time here. I ordered a small Chicken Hawaiian pizza, husband got the Deluxe Pizza Bowl. Both of us were very happy... with our pizzas. Crust on my pizza was very fresh, much better than many places and without the "cardboard" aspect of some pizzacrusts. Staff member Christian who took our orders was very helpful, answered questions, offered packets of grated cheese andred pepper. Overall a good experience. Recommended. Would return! Read more
I have heard a lot of hype from friends of mine about how good Marco's Pizza is. Finally decided to give it a try. And I will... say. The hype is real! The website was down so I had to call in, but the individual who took my order was very friendly andhelped me understand the menu. After putting in my order, I was given my wait time, and the driver showed up in range of thetime described. Very friendly driver, both he and the individual on the phone said I wouldn't be disappointed, and they werespot on! Pizza was great! The female manager is real disrespectful and she didn't tell me her name for the interview she didn't even know I had an... application sent in so I just walked in at a time she wanted me to come she counted it as a interview when she only knew myfirst name and she didn't tell me hers she gave one mean dirty look at me saying if you ain't coming in on time I'm not going toeven consider hiring you and I left mad. She has issues. she didn't even want to get to know me but I'm not going to work with amanager that's disrespectful and has an attitude problem she wasn't nice at all. Read more
