They surprised me with a pup latte shortly after walking in with my service dog. They had many gluten free options. Would love... to go if they were closer Read more
Fabulous English muffin with sausage, egg and cheese, with superb coffee. The service was excellent. I highly recommend it.
Made a quick stop during a roadtrip here & really enjoyed it. The customer service was great, my recommended cinnamon coffee was... the best I've ever had, and customers hanging around were super nice too. Highly recommend coming by here, especially earlymornings! Read more
I love Lulu?s! I grew up and went to college in a community that had tons of locally owned, small coffee shops? so those are my... favorite places to get coffee now. When I moved to the area about a year ago, I had a hard time finding somewhere nearby forcoffee that wasn?t Starbucks or Dunkin. There are plenty of cute coffee shops downtown, in fountain square or in broad ripple, but that?s not a realistic stop for me regularly or on my morning commute. Lulus is the perfect coffee shop! They have suchgreat food and great coffee, are allergen/diet friendly, have great flavors and non-coffee drinks, and SUCH KIND STAFF! Theyalso have a loyalty card where you get a free drink after so many drink purchases. I love stopping by here after the gym or onmy way to work in the morning Read more
My husband went to drop off one of our dogs at the vet early this morning and surprised me with a creed's crimes, it was... delicious! And after 2 nights with a cranky teething baby going through sleep regression it was just what I needed! Read more

Accessibility concern: Their menu is on standard sized paper on clipboards placed in a bin, which was placed after the register.... I didn't see them until after I ordered and the cashier didn't offer them to us. Their website and Instagram also doesn't havethe menu with descriptions. This is an accessibility issue; folks with developmental disabilities like autism, ADHD, audioprocessing disorders, deafness etc need a menu to read to get their orders met. My suggestion is to offer the menu to guests orplace it in front of the register, AND post your menu with descriptions on your website. Because there were no descriptions ormenus available, I ordered the tuxedo off your holiday chalkboard expecting the standard black/white mocha. What I got was a hotchocolate. If I had a menu with descriptions I wouldn't have ordered that. Read more
