We go to the Long John Silvers @ 71st and Michigan Rd. We love seafood so we eat there often. We usually go there on Saturday.... They do struggle to keep up with the demand on Friday evenings since they now also take online ordering, besides serving @ thedrive through and inside. Like I said, we love their food so we usually go on a day other than Friday. They serve great foodthough. We love their platters. They just added coconut shrimp to the menu, which I love. And they also recently added Lobsterbites. They have so many great things on the menu you're sure to find something to please your palate. Oh yeah, another of myfavorites are the shrimp tacos. Yum!!! Had to wait in drive thru for almost 20 min...but worth it! I recognize the staffing shortage everyone is dealing with!!! So... appreciated the forewarning b4 I ordered....but the end result meant SUPER HOT & FRESH chicken planks! So in this review, I'mONLY rating 4 of 5 stars due to staffing. Ordered through drive through, which was a mistake. Ordered two fish and shrimp and two extra pieces of fish--received fish,... but no shrimp, and the extra pieces of fish were 2" by 2" in size!!! Had to argue for senior discount and the woman kept myreceipt, so no chance to go back. If I could give negative stars, they earned themselves 2 maybe stars. Read more
I just relocated back to Indianapolis and was looking forward to a great, hot 2 piece meal. Today I was extremely disappointed. ... After waiting almost 15 minutes for my order, the fish was old and the pieces were small. No sorry for your wait. And I didnot get the tarter sauce I requested. Very disappointing. Hi I come to this location literally everyday the lady asked did I want the fish and shrimp platter u say yes and a Pepsi she... then to go to say excuse me I say yes u asked me did I want that and she instantly got irate and said sorry were closed I sayand watched her let other folk order I literally come everyday and never had it been a problem til today that was I caused forvery unprofessional Read more
The service was fine. The food was ok. We had #5 with lemonade. It was ok. The fries were not fresh the hush puppies were the... best to me. Will give them another try in the future. Read more
Went to this place and ordered fish tacos. The young lady that took my order was very sweet and nice BUT the food was super... greasy and old. You can tell the grease was old. Took it back and had them recook it and lord behold the same thing smh. Idefinitely won't be returning. A waste of $10 Read more
