I mean come on now everybody always has the same question every night. What are we having for dinner and the reply is I don?t... know am I correct? This is perfect for dinner. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will NEVER return to this location! I ordered a cheese cup,and when the gave me the wrong cheese... cup(I wanted the jalapeno cheese,but if u dont specifically say "jalapeno"they give u a different cheese. Instead of switchingout the cheese,the cashier said she would have to void my transaction and redo my payment, which would take about 5 days to goback in my account bc I paid with my debit card.Or I could be charged AGAIN! Are u kidding me??!?! I stood there in shock andwas just dismissed and ignored, I ask to talk to the manager. She said her name was "Karen "but I do not believe that was hername. She(the manager) was of no help either. At one point I was about to just cancel my order and get a refund bc i was soupset, and in disbelief. "Karen "just shrugged her shoulders like oh well. When I went in there they made stand there for about 20 minutes when there was nobody else in line and when I asked them to try... not to have too much grease on the pizza it looked like it was covered on more then usual just because and it made me sick allnight I think I deserve my money back since I could not keep any of it down what a waste of 25 dollars Read more

There pizza?s are always hot and ready as advertised. By using the app will help have a make your own pizza ready and hot when... you get there. I love using the pizza portal it keeps me from waiting in line to order. Only reason I didn?t give them a 5 staris because it was like 7:52 when I started to call to place a specialty pizza order but nobody answered. Kept calling till like8:17 and reason didn?t use the app cus phone kept taking long to load. So anyway I decided to drive over and when I walked inthere was customer?s waiting or was even a line. When I asked for my order the crew member said they stopped special orders at 8and I told her that I tried calling since 7:50 and nobody answered, she replied well we?re busy! So I asked to talk to managerher name was Amanda and I told her same thing that I been calling to place order but no answer and she claimed that they wasbusy and stop taking special orders at 8. Well I asked if I did it thru the app can I place it and the manager said it stops at8:30 and I looked at watch it was 8:37 so me standing there talking to them could?ve placed my order. At least pick up the phoneor have a recording that they?re not accepting special pizza orders after 8 and the app will be cut off at 8:30. Clean Place, but the employees here do the absolute bare minimum. The pizza is, at best, filling. Nothing special.
