This experience was maybe going on two months ago. The lady that took my order didn?t even greet me for minutes later even... though she looked right at me as I went through the door. She proceeded to take my order. It was a big one so I went to my carto wait. I came in around the time she told me they?d be done. I came in and sat down because everyone was in back. There weretwo others on the bench I went to sit at. As we were all sitting there a man and the woman who took my order starts verballyfighting. Saying some pretty vulgar things to each other in front of the customers. After things settled a man came out and didapologize but I just don?t know how to take that experience. My husband?s experience there two weeks ago wasn?t great either.Little to no sauce on the pizza. No cheese even after paying for it. They were only taking online orders. Dirty, gross. Placed an online order. Got there and they brought out the 2 pizza but said they were out of brownie treats. Said... they couldn't refund me the $5 for the brownies. They would have to cancel the entire order? What? Someone owes me $5 Read more
I went here once. Service was very slow because an employee had a seizure. The employee kept apologizing after and even gave all... those who had to wait longer due to her some free cookies. I just think the place would be overall more successful if they firedher as she caused me to have to wait at least 5 unnecessary minutes on my order. She shouldn't be allowed to hold up customersjust because she's seizing. She could at least move away and let another person cover the register while she goes to spazz out. Read more
I?d personally say little Caesar?s (in general) is the spirit airlines of the pizza industry, but this Little Caesars has... honestly never had it together. I?ll just focus on my recent visit about a hour ago.. I purchased a pizza online and walk in tothe pizza shop and hear R&B music blaring at the time that it stated that my pizza would have been done (I already expectedthere?d be some kind of delay just knowing how incompetent the store has been in the past). The employee takes several minutesto acknowledge a customer. I stated what I ordered and he goes we don?t have that kind of dough we only have thin crust (waitsuntil I get there to let me know lol). So respectfully, I say no worries I?ll take the dough that you do have then. He said hehas to bake it so I inform him that I?ll be back in a couple of minutes. The other customers in the shop also lookeddisappointed. I go sit in my car. I see the employee leaves the shop and goes to several stores adjacent to the pizza shop for acouple minutes then on his return he looked me in the eyes and immediately looked away walking back in to the store. I walk intothe store and there?s still absolutely no awareness of whose going in or out for the employee. Another employee acknowledges meseveral minutes later and tells me they only have one pepperoni pizza left as if I was a new customer. I inform him that that?ssupposed to be mine then he hands it to me. Lmao these guys were going to sell the pizza I already paid for. Pizza was not evencut. The overall disrespect. Guy should have just stayed home. This store should reconsider who they hire. Read more
Multiple employees here were very rude and unpleasant; they should not be working a customer service job! Order was put in... 15-20 minutes in advance, still waited another 5-10 once I got there, which would have been fine if they weren't all so awfullyrude! I even had one give me my order, I said I need something else (because you can't get it through the online app), she saidit wasn't in my order and then walked away and took multiple other customers before finishing mine! I don't know what I didwrong beside pick up an order from this place, but multiple employees seemed like they were taking something out on me! Read more
We tried to order a pizza online. It says the online order and it's temporary closed. I call up there. I get a thing saying... thank you for calling Little Caesars Pizza home of the $5 pizza. All of our representatives are busy. Please stay on the linethen it says it again and then it says goodbye and hangs up on me so you can't call him and order. You can't order online andthey're open. Let me emphasize that the service was good, we even got cookies while we waited the only issue was the lady at the cash register... went straight from the cash register to making my wings without gloves. Surely enough made me sh*t myself but good service. Ohwe waited to the ?hot and ready? like any normal pizza place. Worst Little ceaser Ive ever gotten from. Food was raw, all the employees are useless.
