Best pupusas I have had in Indy. Highly recommend them but can’t go wrong w any of the entrees that come w homemade Tortillas.... Super authentic and fresh hidden gem. Walk, don’t run, to this former Italian restaurant that now serves incredibleSalvadoran food. Seriously tho check it out because it’s always empty and I’ll be very sad if it goes out of business. Great food! This is my first time here, but everything my party ate was wonderful. The atmosphere is not too fancy, not too... divey. Everything was clean. Fotbol on the TV! We will be coming back. Read more

Hard to find, but worth it! Pupusas were the best we have had outside of Honduras/El Salvador, and big US cities. Yuca con... Chicharrón was super yummy too. Run, don’t walk to try it out. Read more

The guacamole is soooo good... Fresh with a really good taste. My daughter and I always get the tacos and they are so good.... Price is very reasonable. Have been here many times and will continue to eat here. Read more

I stayed in El Salvador for 3 months several years ago. I've tried pupusas from a few different restaurants here in the US and... La Costa Azul definitely has the best ones. The restaurant was very clean, beautiful, service was wonderful. Will definitelyhave to get more pupusas here when I am back in Indy again. Read more

This restaurant is located where the old Amalfi Italian used to be (86th and Ditch) we ordered guacamole, which my 7 year old... devoured! I had the carne asada steak that came with rice, beans, salad and homemade tortillas! All for a great price. Myhusband had the Salvadoran steak which was cooked in a savory tomato sauce with peppers and onions as well as rice, beans, saladand those amazing tortillas. We also had cheese pupusas (similar to a quesadilla but so much better!) I highly recommend thisplace! They have a lot of Mexican dishes like burritos, tacos and quesadillas. The menus also shows that they offer breakfast. We can’t wait to go back soon! Read more
