I used to love kolache factory, but the last 2 times I've been to Indy/ Fishers, it's been mid at best. I always get the bacon... egg and cheese, and the last 2 times the bacon is very chewy and unappetizing. I ate half each time and pitched the rest. First we ordered 6 chicken enchiladas but they got mixed up with 3 Philly steaks and remaining 3 are chicken enchiladas. Again... we went back asked them to change but the worker is so rude to us after lengthy argument he gave the new one's. After we reachedour home and checked he mixed up again with steak this is dreadful and absolutely unacceptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was by FAR an awesome Breakfast Experience! The customer service was outstanding! There were about 20 customers that came... thru the line only waiting a minute or two at most to get their food. I tried the Spinach Cream Cheese, Texas Hot PolishSausage, and Ranchero and Sausage & Cheese Jalapeño! They were phenomenal choices! Also do not forget the Hot Coffee is wasgreat! We ordered a pretty big order. The only thing we enjoyed were the pastries, the pulled pork and Italian chicken. The rest... resembled fast food items, for example the rancheros kolaches tastes like a McDonald?s breakfast burritos, and the Phillycheesesteak kolaches tasted like white castles. The place is not horrible but we chose this because of the uniqueness and thekolache bread which was soft kind of sweet, fluffy, a perfect host for a well executed filling. Love this place! Their quality of a classic Kolache(fruit or something wrapped in pastry) is amazing! The staff was really nice... and that?s from multiple visits. I do like how many types they have however I wish there was a little different method towarming them up? they stick it in the microwave. It does warm it it however doesn?t seem the best for a place where pastry isthe main ingredient. Read more

These savory kolaches are a pretty unique food...I don't know anywhere else that sells these, so I give them 5 stars for that. ... And the bread...omg the bread. So delicious. Had a really friendly cashier today. Read more
