What has happened to the Beech Grove KFC?. The chicken tasted like it was thrown back into the grease to warm it up. The corn... was old and cold. They had no butter or honey for the biscuits. The staff were all very busy but very friendly. The service was as quick as it could be for dinner time rush. The food was good... and hot even after we got it home. This was my first time visiting this KFC and I will definitely be back. We had the 8 pcchicken with 2 lg sides of 1 mashed potatoes/gravy and 1 macaroni and cheese. This also came with 4 biscuits. I was feedingmyself my 16 yr old grandson and 2 elementary school children. This was more than enough to fill all of us and still haveleftovers all for about $28. I just left with my order, it was SLAMMED cars around the building and a line inside and there wasn?t many employees. But the... employees they did have were moving quickly and being super professional. I was in there 20 minutes and saw a few very very foulrude customers, but the employees handled themselves so professional. I think if this KFC could be fully staffed there wouldn?tbe a wait at all, and less Karens! This place and the employees are a joke! Their food is a disaster. They are supposed to be open till 11pm and so far everyday... this week they have been closed at 8:45pm sitting in drive thru smoking and cursing at customers. So very unprofessional! Theywill be getting a visit from the Health department and hopefully closing the store for good. That store is disgusting and awaste of good land. My family has been to this KFC many times over the last 3 years. We?ve had issues with waiting a long time for our order in the... past but today was the worst. Today will also be our last time coming here. We waited in the drive through today for 15 minuteswhen an employee informed us that they were no longer serving costumers because they ran out of chicken!! Showed up 45 minutes before they closed, they don't have chicken of any kind, mashed potatoes or anything. So either lazy... employees or e tremely bad serviced restaurant. So that's awesome.
