I don't really like fried chicken; but I do like the Taco Bell food this dual-restaurant sells. Personally I would refrain from coming to this location. Too often have i stopped here on a whim and gotten wrong orders, bad... food, or misinformation when it comes to what's offered. It would be in your best interest to try another location. Read more

Ordered 6 items. Only received 5. Delivery drivers (door dash or similar) kept cutting in the drive through line, and everyone... stopped what they were doing and helped them first. Took 40 minutes to get a few tacos. Ridiculous. Read more
When I got up to the counter to order the lady at the counter claimed she was the assistant manager and not once did she smile... or read my order back, actually had attitude with me and my boyfriend but as soon as another person came in the door that wasnot white she was super friendly with them. We ordered a bunch of sides so we could mix together what we wanted like theirfamous bowl BUT the Mac & cheese bowl I ordered apparently isn?t sold at this location until the 19th but instead of informingme of this prior to purchase she just rang up a normal kfc famous bowl and acted as though everything was available and I wouldbe getting what I had ordered. I received my food, had the wrong famous bowl in the order, I had asked for an extra bowl so Icould mix whatever of the sides together, never had any issue at any other location with that request, yet here I was told Iwould have to pay $5 just like I had ordered another famous bowl to eat for me to get an empty bowl due to having to counteverything for inventory?I have been a manager in a few fast food places and one bowl will NOT break the bank or get you firedespecially if you have a valid reason for giving out the extra item being requested?I?m sure there is more then a famous bowl offree food that goes to the staff/friends and family of the staff daily if not multiple times a day. Staff is overall veryjudgmental, rude, racist, and overall one of the worst kfc Taco Bell?s I?ve ever been to literally ever. Wouldn?t recommendgoing here if you have any kind of special request for any items across the board because they will NOT accommodate you in anyway that inconveniences them or might mess up their inventory in any way at all. Do not stop here. This place is awful. Service is non existent. You can easily wait 20+ minutes for them to take your order... then longer again from your food to actually be ready. And then, it will be cold and inaccurate. Also, though they close at10, the staff frequently stops taking orders at 9 and stands around milking the clock until they actually close. Read more
Worst KFC in Indianapolis. Just left drivethru..ordered $6 breast fill up(1 pc of chicken). Got home & had a cold thigh & leg. I... dont eat thighs or legs.
