There is no quick pickup even though there is a sign in the lot and on the door. I ordered my grub way in advance and should... have been able to grab it and go but no. Ended up spending 15 min in the drive thru and then was told to park and waited another10 for the food to come to the car. This location has serious issues. Read more
DoorDash order Overcooked and burnt chicken! Looked like it was cooked twice. I went to the store, when I asked for new chicken... to be cooked, I was told it was not possible as they had good chicken. They tried to sell me the same overcooked chicken. 1st visit: ?You can only get a drink if you get a meal? -So I can?t get a sandwich and a just a drink? ?No you have to get the... meal? Since when do you HAVE to buy a meal to get a drink? 2nd visit: ?We are not taking orders? -Why not? ?We just aren?ttaking orders? I get it that stuff happens and you cannot always take orders. But there?s no need for being rude to customers.Explain to them what?s going on and apologize for inconvenience. I leave a lot of reviews, but this this the first negative review I have ever left, but I felt the need to leave it after this... evening?s trip (and my last one). First, they never have standard items (like original recipe, dark) available. Every time I goto this location, it?s a terrible experience. Tonight, I came through and ordered original recipe, but obviously the were out,so I went with crispy (not a huge deal). I ordered both sides as Mac & Cheese, paid for an extra biscuit with honey, and a spicychicken sandwich. I got home to find that I had cold slaw and mashed potatoes (not Mac n cheese), the chicken sandwich only hassauce, no pickles or mayo that come standard on that sandwich, and no honey in the bag. Literally, the only thing they got rightwas my chicken that wasn?t even what I came there to get, but had to settle for. I was too tired to drive all the way back, soI threw everything away except the chicken. $17 for three pieces of chicken. Again, if this was the first time I had a badexperience at this location, or even the third time, I wouldn?t leave a bad review. I'm reviewing this restaurant not because of the food or the quality of the service, but because of how the management takes... care of their employees! I visited the store and the employee was going to be late because the sitter hadn't showed up. KFCallowed them to bring their infant to the restaurant and wait for the sitter. Now that's going the extra mile@!!!!! It was aninfant who sat in the lobby entertained by a telephone while waiting. IT TAKES A VILLAGE!!!!! Thank you KFC for being a villageleader!!!! Read more
