There is no quick pickup even though there is a sign in the lot and on the door. I ordered my grub way in advance and should... have been able to grab it and go but no. Ended up spending 15 min in the drive thru and then was told to park and waited another10 for the food to come to the car. This location has serious issues. Read more
DoorDash order Overcooked and burnt chicken! Looked like it was cooked twice. I went to the store, when I asked for new chicken... to be cooked, I was told it was not possible as they had good chicken. They tried to sell me the same overcooked chicken. I'm reviewing this restaurant not because of the food or the quality of the service, but because of how the management takes... care of their employees! I visited the store and the employee was going to be late because the sitter hadn't showed up. KFCallowed them to bring their infant to the restaurant and wait for the sitter.
