As I write this, I just returned from the restaurant. They gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for - the only thing... they got right was the drink, and they didn't give me a receipt!!!!. I was back at work and opened the bag only to see this and ended up driving back to get it replaced. This restaurant has had good people working there but not today! Take out was burnt to a crisp. When I called they immediate hung up on me. Again and again. Will not go there again. Managers... are extremely rude. I've lost monies twice in the last month. I had a good rate of a Uber eats order that popped up at this KFC this lady was rude as I was telling her she didn't of course... didn't want to make the order and tells me a lie saying it didn't ping there. And continues to have a attitude when I ask herquestions. Read more
#1.) Ghetto. As I arrived at the drive thru the first & ONLY thing that came out the lady's mouth was, "KFC". No "hello may I... take your order"..nothing..I told her I'm still deciding . #2.) The second lady at the window made up for the 1st rude lady. Shewas respectful and had good customer service. #3.) On the promotion for the chicken sandwhich it says, "made FRESH toorder"....????????????...my chicken sandwhich wasnt fresh and if it was made FRESH... Then how was it able to make it throughthe window in less than 2 min.??..the sandwhich was sitting out already. I appreciate the speedy transaction but the rudecustomer service and just careless attitude needs to be checked..along with actually making fresh food. Read more
Worse store ever!! 3 visits, 3 disasters. 1st visit 10/21, ordered the Famous bowl...no cheese, very little corn, mashed... potatoes so runny it was like eating potato soup. 2nd 10/28, ordered 3 taco Supremes combo. 4 cars in front of me...abt 8 minslater the front car finally got their order, then the rest of us got ours. I live 1/2 block away, opened my tacos to eat...theysplit when I picked them up, they were so soggy, ended up using a fork & did not enjoy eating the soggy corn shell, yuck!! Myorder must've sat all that time we were waiting. 3rd 11/4, walked in & a guy took my order almost immediately, Big box 3pc whitextra crsipy, 2 sides, drink. As I got my drink, a guy came for his mobile order & wasnt happy it wasn't ready. I watched severalorders go out the drive-thru window...there were 4 cars in the lane when I went in...a lot more than 4 orders went out while Iwas waiting. Finally, the guy that took my order looked at me, then up at the monitor & back at me, like surprised i was stillthere. He went towards the back then came up to me to say they were out of extra crispy. I questioned this, he said they onlyhave original. I explained I don't like the original & asked for a refund. Again, he went toward the back, next thing, a girlcame up to do my refund & had an attitude about having to do it! Like I'm the bad guy? They left me hanging too long afterordering, then couldn't fill my order because all the extra crispy went out the window to people that ordered after me.
