The staff wasn't bad or anything. The only problem was is that I called the restaurant previously before stopping by to make... sure they were still open because it was around 11:30 p.m. they told me that the only had extra crispy chicken ready. However,upon arriving they actually didn't have any chicken ready and told me it would be an 11 minute wait. Which I was perfectly okaywith. But 11 minutes ended up turning into about 30 to which then upon my food being brought out I received two wrong ordersbefore actually getting my order. I understand they had a lot of people waiting oh he asked me multiple times what my order toend up just give me the wrong ones. Read more

Waited almost an hour for our food in the drive thru line. Other people got their food before we did and was driving around us .... 3 employees came out to us asking what we ordered, even the girl who took our order. Come to find out they gave someone else ourfood so we waited another 15 minutes. We asked for a refund and they didn?t apologize or anything. Absolute worst serviceever!!! Will NEVER be coming back. It?s very, very slow here. I live nearby so frequent this location. I spend about 10-15 minutes pulled around typically, so I... just plan for it. Today was really bad. They pulled around 8-10 cars and we were all sitting in the parking lot like idiots.Wait times were literally 30-35 minutes and I still didn?t get my food. I requested a refund and was nice about it. I reallywish they would stop pulling around cars so they have accurate drive thru metrics and are encouraged to hire more, orhustle. When I was in to get a refund, an employee didn?t get why the others were upset. It feels like the twilight zone inhere. Read more
Worst KFC in Indianapolis. Avoid at all cost. Or save yourself the time and just throw your money directly into the trashcan.
Horrible service. Food took forever and they had lukewarm fries. Had to heat them up for my baby. Would not recommend.
