I came to the drive thru at 10:25pm and was told that they were closed. It was very obviously at least 2 employees working... because at least 2 came to the enter on to tell me they were closed. I asked why the website and intercom said that they didn?tclose until 11pm and the employee said he didn?t know why. The employees are obviously making up their own hours. Read more
Gets orders incorrect. They state that dining is open or mobile ordera, dine in and carry out. The doors are locked and the... staff seems upset and bothered that anyone comes through the drive thru. Read more

Pitiful KFC, I understand might take longer these days but coud hire people smart enough to get irders correct. Last 2 times... here I got nothing the same as I ordered, not close. Ordered buckets and biscuits and got sandwiches delivered. Not enough helpto get fast service not same as too dumb to make correct order. Read more
We were trapped in the Drive-Thru line for at least a half hour before we got to the ordering screen. When we got to the screen... the time was 9:35 pm and the young man in the store said they were currently closing, and would not take our order. He did takethe order of the car ahead of us. There were at least five cars behind us in line and they aren't supposed to close till 10:00pm. I am left disappointed and hungry. We should have gone to the Castleton or the other Pendleton Pike location. I recommendthat this location is avoided. Read more
I paid and they told me to wait around front to get my food that wasn?t ready yet. Waited about 5 minutes. I don?t understand... how your making my food fresh when it taste like someone reheated my sandwich. It was so dried out and no sauce was even on it. Read more
Ha this place is a joke. Employees cannot understand a simple order and will get it wrong. Last time I was there they said they... were "out of chicken." Of all KFCs I would drive +20 mins for a better experience more north. Read more
The new thing since covid hit, close the dining room and make people use the drive thru so we don't have to clean. Screw that,... just go somewhere else you can sit and dine, if you do desire to. Read more
