Yeah last Tuesday I went through drive through and when I handed this girl my credit card I noticed that she took a long time... giving it back to me. I was also distracted writing down information from an email on my phone. Later that night I get hit witha $125 charge from Victoria secret and another $135 from another beauty shop. This hood Johns isn't worth going to. I also wentback the next day and went inside to order and the same girl took my order. When she approached the counter and looked up shelooked shocked. Good service and employees. Sandwich was fresh.
I got a side of Thai soup sauce with my wrap. It?s an ungodly amount of sauce and my whole wrap was soggy.
Tables were dirty, booths weren?t setup (I had to do it myself), there weren?t any trash bins in the receptacles, and the staff... was insanely rude. I asked for napkins, and the lady behind the counter pointed at them BEHIND THE COUNTER, and didn?t hand themto me. I never write reviews on restaurants here? but it?s honestly one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had. How do you nothave trash bins ANYWHERE? The last 5 time I?ve had a negative experience, I have talked with the store owner and corporate. My wisdom is: I know you want... a sandwich but do you really want the baggage that sandwich now comes with! Read more
Update: The first time i'd been here in at least 4 months & they got my order 100% wrong. I ordered a Beach Club & got some kind... of salami. I really don't understand how you can mess that up. Also, every single time I have been here they get somethingwrong. I specifically ask for the sandwich to be cut in half every time & 0/all times has it been cut in half. The sub I ordered was great however the service needs some major improvement. When I ordered my sub I said I wanted everything... on it. The sub maker asked me if I wanted onions on it. No problem I will just reply "Everything on it" . Then he asked me if Iwanted cucumber on it. Everything on it, I said again. Do you want tomatoes he asked.... I thought it was a joke. Last time Ichecked everything meant everything. Lastly I asked for a bag to take it to go. He points to a stack of paper bags next tohimself and then walks away to talk to his co-worker. Read more
Horrible? not even gonna lie! Worst sandwich I?ve ever had from a restaurant. Ordered a BLT.
