This store is the worst. 2 times in a row now, they will make the food, let it sit around forever and then when you call in they... will ?assign it? to a driver who may or may not deliver it. Order went in at 7:17, food in my hand at 8:18. After I called forupdate. Usually takes over an hour to get an order of 1 sandwich delivered. Absolute garbage service. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this place is so understaffed that I felt the need to warn people. This is the second... time I've ordered from them in the past couple weeks. The first time it took over an hour to get delivery and this time it hasbeen almost two and a half hours and I still haven't gotten my food. I don't want to put blame on the employees, but two and ahalf hours is a really long time to wait for my lunch, especially when I get a 30 minute lunch break to eat it at a time I don'tget to choose. I called an hour and 37 minutes after ordering delivery because I still hadn?t received my food. The woman answering the phone... was rude to me when I stated that I was waiting still, and she was obviously stressed. Her tone with me indicated that Iwouldn?t be ordering there again. Read more
If don?t want to wait an HOUR AND A HALF for your food ? skip this restaurant. I?ve been a frequent customer of Jimmy John?s in... the past (at different locations), and the Store Manager James took absolutely no accountability on my hour and 30 minute+ waittime? and I never received my food. He keep talking over me and to let me know they don?t do Freaky Fast delivery anymore? but Ididn?t know that an hour and a half plus wait time was considered freaky fast. Read more

I ordered from door dasy it took 40 minutes to get my food! They only had to orders I want my money!! Never again where the... vinegar oil and herb dressing like non on either. 1401 spent 18.87 with tip and delivery fee. Read more

i love yall food and when i come in it's fast and everyone is super kind, but yall really need to fix your delivery system. the... drivers and everyone are all nice, it's nothing about the people or the food. maybe let the person who wants food delivered beable to see where their driver is. i am a college student and just spent the past 45 minutes waiting outside for my driver toarrive. i could have been doing homework/studying. when the driver pulled up, he did acknowledge that i had to wait long. again,it's nothing about the food or people it's more about the system.
