Freaky slow. Took 1.5 hours to get my delivery, which is obviously problematic when you have an hour lunch break. Also ignored... the customization options on the sandwiches which.... I mean isn't fast delivery and custom sandwiches the entire pitch of JimmyJohn's??? I won't bother ordering JJ anymore while this franchise owns my delivery area. (also can't help but notice that allof these reviews have JJ's marketing replying about store feedback, but that these complaints date back over a year. Waited over an hour which honestly isn?t the issue. I called just to see if everything was ok and they said they can?t deliver... it because nobody can drive. I was not mad at all and was perfectly fine with coming to get it she said ok that?s fine. On myway there I get a call saying I can?t come anymore because they where closing. I?m an industry guy so this is verydisappointing. Will be getting jersey mikes from here on out. Read more
Great service from Jimmy John?s always! I love my beach club and it?s always perfect every time. The staff is super nice and... helpful and FAST! They did not mess up at all. Their place is also really clean. I love always getting a perfect sandwich andthe consistency. I am glad the rewards are worth it too. Definitely make a rewards account! Read more
Every time I order delivery from this location, it takes over an hour to get my food. I get that lunch time can be busy, but... there's no excuse for it taking over an hour in my opinion. If you're going to advertise fast delivery, that's what the customerwill expect and the staff should at least be attempting to get food out in 30 minutes or less. Read more
