This is the slowest Jimmy Johns and their phone is disconnected so you can't call to check the status of anything. Freaky fast, not so much anymore. This is the 3rd time attempting to order delivery from the Broad Ripple Jimmy John?s and it... takes forever. I?m still waiting on a sandwich I ordered at 4:31pm and it?s now 6pm. I live less then 3 minutes away.Recommendation do not order delivery from here. Read more
Normal Jimmy John?s. I?ve not had an issues here and always good sandwiches! Not sure if it?s specific to this location or all... of them but they told us a loaf of bread is now $5! These were a good $2 pick up for garlic bread but at $5 it?s ridic. Read more
There seems to be a discrepancy between the price listed on the menu and what is actually being charged to the customer. The... Favorites combo is listed for 10.95 before tax , the gentleman at the register charged me 11.23 before tax. When I asked aboutthe difference in price, his best response was "I don't know". I was starving and too busy to leave the house even for a few minutes this evening and decided to go for delivery. They saw my... special note and adhered to it. Good service always. Staff is very friendly and does hard work in the heart of broadripple. They are open late which is great... when many places stop serving food. Never had a bad time here. Staff is always putting on a good brave face and making goodsandwiches. Love Jimmy John?s! Read more
