I just started working here personally. I feel like this place is awesome. Not to stressful, the place gets busy from time to... time. But other than that it's easy, I get paid well, I get a lunch break. It's awesome I love the sandwiches and chips. Not afan of the cookies but that's alright. So on Sunday I went to Jimmy John's, this particular location mind you my experience on 82nd was great, back to my story they... informed me they didn't have any prepared wheat sub bread which was fine because I eat the French, but the part I never saw wasthe French bread was sitting in the open on a rack with lettuce on it, I didn't know how long it had been sitting there so Iasked the young man if the lettuce sitting there for God know how long would make the inside soggy he said no, I had so manyquestions you would think they'd give me fresh bread, it was3 guys working and I was dying for their tuna so because one rang meout and I used my card before he started making my sandwich I paid for the meal, he had to hand me my BBQ chips because theyhadn't properly stocked and while I waited for the next guy to fill the ice because I had to ask for ice too I noticed themopening pre-made sandwiches I was trying to see if they trashed or kept them, needless to say this Jimmy John's experience wasstressful, I left with a lot of unanswered questions so when I made it home I had to trash it I wasn't comfortable eating it, Ineed to protect my peace so I won't be going back to this location soon disappointed Read more
The gal working the counter was less than friendly and spoke extremely low to where you could barely hear what she was saying.... Not the best choice for someone taking orders, but it was quick and tasty. Read more
Jimmy john?s food is pretty much the same all around so no comments there but the customer service at this particular location... is truly the absolute worst. Employees always have headphones in or are playing on their phones which doesn?t really matter, butthey should know to greet a customer when they walk in. They typically forget stuff in my order and it?s hard to get anyonesattention for help. Read more
I have a similar review as Iz232. My order currently took an hour a half. I live 1.5 miles from the store. This was for an... online order and I did not want a soggy sandwich. Also, the soda I presumed used to have ice in it....it was completely meltedso I received a watered down soda. So thanks for that. I'd like a full refund considering I also left a tip. Might I alsosuggest to add wait times for customers to decide if they want to order. I could have ordered a pizza instead in a faster time. Read more
I get places get busy, but I had over an hour and a half wait for a single sandwich delivery. I got the "out for delivery"... notification at around 12:32 and didn't receive my sandwich until after 1:30. Unfortunately I can't leave the office, or elseI'd just get it myself, and our office is literally 1.2 miles down the road. I tried to call and got no information from thestore itself when I asked what's taking so long. I would of been perfectly content with a free sandwich reward on the app orsimply a refund for a nasty sandwich that sat in a car for an hour. Read more
