I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I TRIED TO ORDER ONLINE FOR FOOD AND IT TOOK MONEY OFF MY CARD AND I NECER GOT MY FOOD!!!ONE OF THE... EMPLOYEES TOLD ME THAT MY ORDER DIDN?T SHOW AND THAT THE MONEY WILL COME OFF MY CARD BY THE END OF THE NIGHT!!! I CALLEDCORPORATE AND THE LADY TOLD ME THE SAME THING FOR IT TO GET TO THE NEXT DAY AND THE MONEY IS NOT BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!! Food was fine. The girls who made my sandwich did a great job??????????, but I could've done without the jerk at the register... and his attitude. No greeting just a RBF stare like me having him do his job for a whopping 20 seconds ruined his day. I don'tneed or want my a** kissed, but be a sad/mad emo on your break. Read more

EDIT 4/2/2022: They still never cut the sandwich in half. They have also stopped writing names on the sub wrap so you know who... gets what. In a multi sandwich order, especially with co-workers, this a must. I don't want to rummage through someone else'ssandwich to see if it is mine. This and cutting the sandwich in half are such simple tasks I wonder what important tasks arebeing overlooked because people can be so lazy. On a side note, I've bumped them up one star to 4. I can't give a 5 star ratinguntil my sandwiches start to come to me as requested, however, they would have a 5 star because the subs are just some of thebest. Fresh and tastes great. Food is good but no matter how many times I order from this location I have yet to once receivemy sandwich cut in half when requested. Which is every single time I order. It's so simple. Why have it as an option if youcan't do something so simple. Is your job that demanding and/or time sensitive that you can't perform such a simple request thatyou offer? I've over looked it over the past several years I have ordered from here....Do your job maybe? Read more

Transparency would be appreciated. If I was told it would be a 58 minute wait for food delivery, I would have made a different... choice. I do understand that employers are struggling to find workers but delays should be communicated. Read more

Freaky fast is an understatement for this crew. I?ve ordered delivery to our office a few times recently and can?t believe how... fast we?ve received the goods. Last order was delivered 9 MINUTES after placing the order. Read more

Ordered from this location at lunch time today. It took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. I said online I'd pay with cash. The... delivery driver showed up with NO cash on his for change. Luckily I had a small enough bill on me, but it netted him a near zerotip. Not my fault, it's just all we both had on us. Oops. I thought, hey, let's try again. Ordered again for dinner. An hourpassed and the order was not out for delivery. That was enough for me to say, nahh. Called the store up and asked them to cancelthe order. The manager on duty was very nice and understanding, and apologized profusely. Not needed -- I get it, they don'thave a lot of drivers-- but it was appreciated. I was refunded, and went ahead and ordered from another restaurant. Jimmy Johnsis no longer "freaky fast" and I'm really unsure why they keep branding themselves this way. At least at this location...they're insanely slow. Save yourself the time and energy and order from elsewhere. I can give kudos to the manager though - shewas very kind and professional. However, as a business that brands itself as "freaky fast" (and both my workplace AND home areless than a mile from the location), it's insane that they are so incredibly slow. Read more

Food is on par with normal jimmy johns, however this location has got to be the most freaky slow of them all. Consistently over... an hour for delivery is unacceptable given their small radius for a deliver area. There are pizza places that actually have tocook food and still delivery faster than this place. LOUSY experience. Bad customer service. I ordered online After 45 minutes of waiting I called and spoke to a representative... who said "we have a lot of orders". I spoke with the manager and he said "there is a lot of traffic tonight". I live less than3 miles away. The manager didnt even seem to care I was waiting over 45 minutes. The driver had not even left. Did not offer adiscount. Seemed a little peeved I was asking him questions. There are no adults working in this location. Do yourself a favor,go somewhere else..
