Tonight 11/19 I placed an order online and hit pickup instead of delivery. I called the store at 9:58 and the guy Blake answered... and told me they are closed. Website says 11. He put his manager on phone who said he was confused and it would almost be $5delivery fee. I said ok. 1.5 hours later get message saying it was modified or cancelled to call the store they were closed.Terrible way to run business someone answering phones don't know hours and manager doing nothing. Will never order from thereagain. Read more
Jet's Pizza is one of my favorite fast food pizza chains. I didn't start going here until about 2 years ago. This is the closest... one to me, but sometimes if I am in Fishers I'll go to that location. This location is generally clean, the service is good,staff are polite and professional, and the food usually comes out great. I haven't tried a variety of their foods. I usually getan 8 corner with a meat topping and their cheesy bread. They do it well done, too which makes the pizza crispier. Read more

Ordered pizza at 11am for lunch. Stated delivery time was 12. Took lunch waiting. Thought OK it's normal to be a little late. At... 12:30 finally got a call. They didn't have a delivery driver. I only got 1 of my 3 items and. I called ahead 45 minutes. I was told it would be an hour. (After closing) so naturally the... forgetful driver just ignors my call back just to see if it was in the car or not. Really stand up resturant. Read more

Walked in ordered a Hawaiian pizza for $20. Was told it would be 10-15mins. I go back in 15mins later and they were just making... the pizza. (Guy was busy on his phone talking to his friends.) Im told to wait another 15. Finally get the pizza drive home. Igot a cheese ONLY pizza go figure. Read more

I have been going to Jets on Shadeland for years. I fell in love with their pizza, sandwiches and salads and felt that their... pricing was fair. However of the past few months or so we have noticed a decline in the quality of the food and customerservice. I recently visited and order 2 salad (1 medium and 1 small) and paid extra ($2.99 or 3.99 per salad) to have grilledchicken added to the salads. What I received was disgraceful. Not only did the salad not appear very fresh, but the amount ofchicken they added to the salad was not worth what I paid...I hope this location can get it together and go back to providingquality food at a fair price, as well as possibly some training for the their staff on providing customer service. Great tasting, piping hot pizza at a good price. I ordered using Slice and everything went smoothly. I got a small thin with... extra sauce and red onion and green pepper. It tasted as good as it looks! Highly recommended pie on a cold winter evening. Read more
