I hate to only give 3 stars because the pizza is great and they are good to fix a mess up but there is ALWAYS a mess up. After... replacing my pizza AGAIN for like the 3rd time this was also a replacement for a mushroom and swiss hoagie..idk what thissandwich is smh. Read more
My husband loves Jacks for him it?s Jacks or nothing every time. He says a 10 I say they?re a 5.
I've never had such terrible service ANYWHERE let alone at one of my favorite pizza restaurants. First they didn't have any... drivers so all orders were carryout. That's unfortunate but understandable. Then it's an hour wait for the food which is a lotfor carryout imo. Then I pick up my order and it's completely wrong. The medium veggie was supposed to have subbed olives forpineapple but instead they put jalapeños. The XL was supposed to be meats but instead I open it to find an XL veggie (with thesame wrong substitution). They then stopped answering phone calls. I made it back in time just before they locked the doors (4.5hours early) and was shut in with several other angry customers, all either with wrong pizzas or pizzas missing entirely. Whenit was my turn I explain that I ordered a meat instead of a veggie and the Manager snatched the veggie and gave me a COLD DRYpizza which clearly was hours old (and still not exactly what I ordered). They also never offered a refund. If I could givenegative stars I would. Refusing to give people what they paid for and not refunding is robbery. They should be shut down. Read more
