I will never ever again step foot in this nasty place they came out the back & she took my order & had old pizza sauce on her... nails then washed without soap & started to prepare my pizza with those long nails I immediately said oh no I don't want thatgive me my money back bad customer service there shirts were dirty no aprons no gloves just the worse. The customer service was great but the pizza was horrible!!!!! The pizza was not cooked long enough, the vegetables are huge and... raw, the pizza was not even room temperature and I only live 5 mins away. I will not be back to this location or Jacks for avery long time. It was a big waste of $40 Read more
Sorry I don't have a picture but... I haven't been to them in such a long time because the crew they used to have was awful.... They did a lot of talking and playing and not paying attention to people's order, hence getting them wrong. The last time Iwent, before the other day, my pizza was burnt and wrong, didn't give me my cheese for the undercooked breadsticks, the musicwas loud and inappropriate for a business to be playing that loud right in front of the customers, and it was filthy andunorganized. But this last time I went, on April 8, 2022, I had a great experience. It was clean and smelled clean and likepizza. The crew was communicating and didn't hear any inappropriate music, they were polite and funny and my pizza wasgreat!! So thank you making a change. I will return. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because the owners needto do some remodeling. Other than that, good job team. Read more

If i could give a negative star I would! I hope this location goes under and everyone loses their jobs. Paid nearly $30 for a... large pizza when I usually get a XL from my local Jacks for less than that (I ordered from someone else's house, not my normallocation). Whats up with that?? The pie was barely warm when I got it. On top of that, a cop delivered it.... thought that wasweird. I still tipped $7! - If you want a cop delivering your pie, this is your place!! This location gives Jacks a bad name.I'll never order from this Jacks as long as I live. Read more
