I keep giving this location chance after chance after chance, and I still get the same outcome. Disappointment!! The pizza be... dry and feels like the box it comes in. It seems like they aren't putting cheese on it and cooking it toooo long. I wish Iwould've took a pic before they start eating it. I actually would've took it back. Normally, Jack?s is our favorite pizza. Lately, though, we canNOT seem to get them to put a reasonable amount of cheese on our... pizza. We?ve even tried ordering (and paying for) 2X and 3x cheese. It?s actually worked a few times, but mostly we get the sameold nearly-cheeseless pizza, regardless of how much extra cheese we order and pay for. This is a picture of our pickup orderfrom last night, supposedly with DOUBLE cheese. It obviously has little to no cheese on it. We called the store and were told bythe person who answered the phone that they had personally made up our order and was positive it had double cheese on it. After moving away from my hometown of Indianapolis a few years back, I have had such a craving for a Jack's Big Jack pizza all... the way from Wilmington, NC! Aside from Malnatti's Pizza in Chicago, I miss you all the most. Your Big Jack X-Large pie is my#1 pizza all-time. If you'll ever do this Yelper a favor and be willing to ship a Big Jack to the Port City in North Carolina,to satisfy this native Hoosier's craving...let me know. 5 Stars. Read more
I'm a loyal customer of this place, my favorite toppings are pepperoni and ground sausage. THE best, the picture below is a 10".... Good for pizza for single people lol. The pizzas go up to 18" which is considered extra large. In my opinion it is so muchbetter than Papa Johns! Read more
