We went to Insomnia Cookies on Saturday Sept 24th around 6:00 PM. It was the worst customer service I ever received. The cookies... were extremely nasty. They did not have any spoons according to the worker which I doubt that she was just being lazy and nasty.She was rude and they were out of most of the cookies we wanted to taste. Stopped here 9/9 while walking through Broad Ripple. We got a dozen assorted cookies to go. I loved them, my husband hated them.... They are soft & gooey which I love but he likes a hard crispy cookie. Personal choice. 4 stars because (to my surprise) theydon?t have a case out front to look at the cookies & pick. The cookies are super delicious 5?? Customer Service severely lacking- ?Employee stays in back, we had to tell us anyone here.... EE comes out on phone. ?On another trip to the store it was so dark we didn?t think they were open, we had an online order topickup. We had to call to let them know we wanted to pick up our order. Wow. Our first order with them and it was absolutely terrible. We ordered a 4 cookie box with 3 milks and buttercream dip.... Ordered at 9:33pm. Didn?t get them until 12:09am. We called 4 times to find out what was going on. On top of that, we weremissing 2 milks and the buttercream was gross. Called and requested a refund-which we better receive. Went for cookies for the first time at 430p on a Friday. No Deluxe cookies (can you give me 20 minutes) I change my order to... classics ( 2 boxes of 12) (wait lemme go check my snickerdoodle.
