Walking in to the smell of a wood burning oven was AMAZING! Using "fruity" woods, such as apple and cherry was evident. We... ordered at the counter and picked our seat. Our order was then brought out to us. I would best describe the service as "fastcasual". We were in and out in less than an hour with fresh hot food that we truly enjoyed! I had my staple "first time trying anew pizza" sausage pizza. This way I can taste the crust, the sauce and the cheese without too many toppings affecting theindidvudual flavors. The homemade sausage (not "Italian sausage") had fantastic flavor. The cheese was perfect for a neopolitanstyle pizza, which was not greasy by any means. The crust was on point with no special additives needed. It's a basic crust,that, unfortunately, did not absorb much of that great smoky flavor from the wood fired oven, but still had great flavor. Myvegan wife had the spaghetti. When it first arrived to the table, it was topped with parmesan, but they had no issue remaking(just remember to order it with no cheese). The flavor of the sauce was wonderful and the pasta was cooked perfectly. We willdefinitely return to I Tre Mori to explore more of the menu, and Italian inspired pizzas!! Read more

Great food with an odd atmosphere. The quality of food here absolutely saved this place from what seemed like an otherwise... lackluster experience. The food and style of the place seems like it wants to be a sit down restaurant but in practice it'sanother place to order from the counter. However they bring the food to your table. I was interrupted by the owner/manager(?)several times while trying to place my order which seemed quite rude but the young wait staff was friendly and helpful. In theend the artisan oven fired pizza was amazing, the fig chutney and ricotta on crostini, and the four cheese pasta wasexcellent. A strangely confusing place, with amazing food. Read more

Best Italian food we've ever eaten! My wife and I were blown away by I Tre Mori. The food was fantastic! There were so many... layers of flavor. And it was obvious the food was well-made and high-quality ingredients were used. The employees were veryfriendly. We even saw the owner walking around and he just seemed like a very nice person. And the restaurant is pretty unique.It achieves an upscale modern and a down-to-earth feel at the same time. I'll go out of my way for I Tre Mori any day! Read more

My husband and I tried this place for the first time tonight and we were IMPRESSED! It was so delicious. We were pretty hungry... so we decided to try a little bit of everything. The bruschetta was SOOOOO GOOD! Their brick oven pizza melted in your mouth.The lasagna tasted like it was homemade. A ton of food for not a bad price was even better. Whenever possible we like to support newer, smaller businesses. We knew I Tre Mori has been in place a little and finally gave... it a try tonight and we were not disappointed. Walked in and placed my order and was pleased to see most of the tables hadcustomers! Behind the counter were 6-8 staff members and looked like 2-3 kitchen staff all working together to deliver some goodlooking pizza, pasta and focaccia! AND THEY HAVE GELATO!! (I?ll have to get some on my next visit). Anyway we got a pepperoniand cheese wood fired pizza both of which were tasty and cooked perfectly along with a Caesar salad. This is simply the best pizza in the Indianapolis area. If you love pizza and haven't tried I Tre Mori, you need to right away.... They have a whole selection of specialty pizzas. I tried the Pizza Incredible, and it was worth every bite. Read more

Good pizza, casual dining. We had the meat lovers pizza with prosciutto, very tasty. The sausage topping was especially good,... but was a little sparse -- would have been better with more sausage (only had 1 piece per slice). Was busy but efficient--quick food prep, observed staff of 9 workers continuously working preparing orders and helping customers. Read more
