I love hot box pizza the food is always delicious and on time. But im really upset that now this is the second time when i order... my food that my card gets charged twice! The first this happened my refund for second charge was back on their within an hour.This second time i had 2 charges of 40$ on my card so 80$ charge for pizza! They said the second charge should refund back to mycard within a day, its now been two days and my money is still not back on my card. Im not the one to leave bad reviews but thisjust really upsetting. Deffintly when you call and express your frustration and noone seems to care at all. Now their telling meoh it can take up to 5 days to refund when he told me 1 day when it happened. Just an update, it took 10 DAYS to recieve myrefund for the 2nd charge on my card! ???????????? HotBox is my absolute favorite pizza place in town! I?ve been eating here for years and the pizza is always fresh and made with... love. On top of that, the staff there is wonderful? they are very generous and kind. I was in search of some cups for aclassroom project I had in mind and their directors made time and effort to work with me on that. Not only do they care aboutproviding good service regarding their food and environment, but they also are very active with the community around them. Delivery is through doordash, which will be considerably later than what is said on the website. Doordash also doesn't have... warming bags, so its not comparable to in-house delivery. I would have just ordered from doordash if thats how I wanted to spendmy money. Who is getting the tip I paid on the website? An hour and forty minutes wait, and a canceled cc charge. Read more
As of late it has been our go to place. Our favorite crust flavor is the 'hippie'. They have a pie of the week which is nice.... Different toppings every week and normally half off as well. Online ordering is always a smooth process for carryout. Read more

Service was nice and friendly but the breadsticks i ordered were hard as a rock. They had been made at t beginning of the day... or many hours earliers. I placed a delay order so that i could get fresh food when i was able to pick up the food, and i wasexpecting fresh food but was sadly disappointed.
