Ask for 2 orders of the 3 fish and 3 wings and only received 2 fish and 3 wings in each other and when I called them they try to... convince me that it was 3 wings and 2 fish which was not what we ordered and was not worth 15.99 a piece especially since thefood had no seasoning and did not receive any sauce...this location doesn't taste like Harold's in Chicago and basically gettingby with the name smdh... I'll just wait until I'm in Chicago the next time I eat any Harold's. Read more
Tried eating here twice. Every time I visited web says hours are 12 to 8 on Sunday. Store is closed with open sign on. Store in... Illinois has good food . Wish I could say the same for this location. Read more
They?ve gotten higher and nastier ???? can?t make this up. Made me pay over the phone before I got there & it took 25 mins even... though NOBODY was in there. The grease was clearly old. So the chicken was so gross and the fries was fried in the same greaseand had burnt flakes all over it. They recooked my pizza puff 3x in order to give me something edible. I got 2 lunch specialsand which says online and in store are 5$ but as you can see she charged me more than that saying these are old menus and theprice went up but NO WHERE IS POSTED PRICE INCREASES WHICH IS WEIRD. The cook and her were both on the phone the entirety of mebeing there ( which was 30 extra mins because like I said they remade it 3x) Save ya money and time and just don?t go. Read more
Very disappointing ????. Fish was fried in old oil and dry. I couldn't eat it. I was excited to try Harold's but it was a giant... let down. There's no way I would serve this to a customer. Read more
The best catfish in Indiana. It's just a hole in the wall, but worth every cent. The chicken is really good too.
We ordered the Perch fish and it was off the chain! Really crispy, about a 9 out of 10 on the taste scale, it was also very... fresh and I would definitely buy it again! The Cole slaw was pretty good as well! Great job guys! Read more
This was my first time having Harold's. I wanted to try it in the Chi first but...it was good. The food truck tricked me lol. I... thought someone was in there but instead you have to go in the building and you can't sit on one of the chairs and wait. I feltlike I was back in the hood. They had rap music blaring when I entered. So loud we kinda had to yell over it. The girl who tookmy order was pretty cool. I paid $16 for (10) whole wings, fries and a drink with two different sauce flavors. The chicken andfries was piping hot. Also had bread underneath that pleased me. Next time around I would put my own salt and pepper on thechicken and ask for my sauce to be on the side instead of drinched in it. Read more
