I sincerely hate to give bad reviews, but my experience at this place was horrific. This restaurant does not serve real chicken... meat with their teriyaki chicken. It appeared to be the same meat they serve at local Chinese restaurants. It's from an animalwe are not custom to consuming. Perhaps it is rat, dog, or cat?? Whatever it is, it's disgusting!!! I was so disappointedbecause everything else was so legit ???? Never again. I rather go to Japanese Steakhouse or make my own. This was unacceptable. Read more
The food and teas are soooo good! Lots of options. A good place to take the family.
The food is delicious, I try something new every time I go. The signature drinks are amazing and very hearty, they have caffeine... free options with their fruit drinks, their ramen is tasty and their wings and fries are amazing. The shop itself is very cuteand very clean. I would review the menu before you go, it can be a little overwhelming if you're going their for the first time. Read more

Employees let 3 other patrons cut us in line while my husband and I were in the middle of getting our poke bowls made. The girls... walked in and came directly to the front, blocking the food bar/line (chipotle style) looking at a menu and gossiping. It was soawkward and rude. No employee stopped them to have them go to the back of the line, they just let them stand there and thenfinally order. By the time our bowls were done, we had to wait for them to finish their transaction. It was so bizarre giventhat they weren?t busy at all; the employees should have handed them a menu and directed them to the end. Also, the poke bowlswere way over-dressed. This place has a massive tea selection, you?ll be satisfied whether you like traditional or unique flavors. They have a make... your own poke bowl option, as well as more standard hot entrees. I went with a poke bowl from the menu and it was fresh and wellseasoned. My milk tea had strawberries and matcha foam, and even though I always forget to ask for half-sweet, it was a greatcomplement to my slightly spicy poke. I will be back! Read more
Came back to visit and found this new hot spot for boba! You self order and they?ll text you when it?s ready. The seating was... also very nice. Overall ambiance was great. The staff was friendly and nice so would def recommend. They also had a ton ofdifferent options too so there?s tons to try! Read more
Honestly, the tea is really good. You can customize it a lot at the kiosk and it seems like there are a lot of options (I have... not ordered at the counter). It is really expensive compared to other bubble tea places though. Each add on to the tea adds toit, though I thought that even the tea without additional ingredients was expensive. It is really good, but 8 dollars for adrink is just a lot when they aren't located that close to me. Food was not great. Had the fried veggie ramen. Very oily.Seemed to contain only red and green peppers, so the noodles just tasted like that. Which is fine if you like peppers? I don't,unfortunately. I sort of assume that since the vegetables aren't listed at the kiosk they probably just use what's in season. Still, would have liked to know in advance somehow. Overall, good tea! Gross food. Wouldn't make a special trip, but I'vestopped in a couple times when I'm in the area. Read more
