What can you say? It's a Hardee's, the one thing I can say the young lady that works there most mornings kept that place running... fast and smooth through most of the "pandemic". Who is the franchisee for this dump? Corporate should revoke your rights. First of all, you need to clean up your property. ... It is disgusting with the trash everywhere (literally, EVERYWHERE). Second, it's been nearly 2.5 years since your dining roomhas been open and the last time I called (from the parking lot) to ask why it wasn't open I was told "because we can close it ifwe aren't that busy". It was 9:30AM and they WOULD have been busy if the dining room was open. Food is decent but the placelooks like it probably infested with rats, so I'd probably refrain from eating it. Read more
We ordered breakfast an hour before end time and made our order at the drive thru. Once at the window after we paid and waited... for about 17 min they told us they didn't have any biscuits and gravy. As I was asking why they didn't say something sooneranother associate said they did but they didnt want to open and cook another package just for this order because they wereclosing in a bit. The supervisor told the cook they had to and had us pull up after 20 more minutes they brought it out and theheavy was not in the bag. The supervisor then went back in and said they'd cook it themselves. I'd probably not have waitedbut we traveled far and the kids really wanted b&g, it was now too late to go to another restaurant in time for breakfast. Thiswas not a good customer experience at all. Unfortunately this was my 2nd time trying this specific location, and both times were huge disappointments. Ordered breakfast... from here and got biscuits and gravy (both times) and the gravy is just so runny. Its like pouring milk with sausage bits overreheated biscuits. The food at this Hardee's is always delicious. It's always hot. Their staff is friendly and has great customer service. I rarely... dine in at fast food restaurants. However, I have at this Hardee's.
