Great Brisket & sides. Bought a jar of their great BBQ sauce too. Nice people! I wish that they had a little place to sit down... but ?take home? is great too! Read more
Did Hank sell the place? It's been about 4 months since i been in and Hank wasn't there and the brisket isn't nearly as tender... as it always use to be,the potato salad was way way too sweet and should of never switched from the chipotle recipe. The pulledpork tasted like it had vinegar poured on it and the sauce was sweeter than i ever got it before and just not like it use tobe. I've been there several times in the last 5 years and never been disappointed like it was today. I can't believe how bad thesauce is right now,no comparison to how it used to be. It's watered down and too sweet. It pretty much tastes like ketchup withcorn syrup mixed in and then watered down real bad. Read more
Tired this place for the first time today. Small waiting and ordering area almost reminds you of a waiting room at a doctors... office, but that?s okay. There is no place to eat on the property. Brisket had great flavor as well as the sauce. The Mac andcheese was gooey and amazing. The one complaint I had the sandwich was sitting in sauce. Like the bottom bun was sunk in sauce.Impossible to pick up and eat, which is okay. I planned on eating it with a fork. No problem but if you plan on eating in yourcar, that could be an issue. We had Hank?s for my sons birthday. They were extremely nice and even called the morning of to make sure we were going to have... enough for the size of our party. The food was hot and fresh. We got the brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, and macaroni ncheese. Everything was delicious. Read more

The lady that answered was rushing me to finish my order. I asked for my corned beef on a bun I got bread. Not enough corned... beef for $15.00. Then part of my order was forgotten. While the cobblers were tasteful kinda small for $4.00. Mac& cheese wasgood, and potato salad had too much seasoning in it. I also recieved no sauce. Read more
