Get the FRIED GREEN TOMATOES. Whatever sauce you dip them in ask for extra!!! That was a good appetizer and you should get it... too. The macaroni was cheesy not excessive but I prefer cheese over dry pasta any day. It was not bland and paired well with myhouse salad. I also wanted to try the buffalo cauliflower but they were out. The peach sangria I could have drank like 2 more ofthem. All around it was a good experience and the food was fresh and properly prepared. The service was slow they only had 2servers on a Monday night other than that, I really don?t have anything bad to say. Definitely wanna try out other items on themenu. Read more
We stopped in on a quiet, hot afternoon to have a few beers last week. We ended up sharing the Goodwood BLT, which was STACKED... with bacon and the bread was delicious. Great sandwich! The server was also very friendly and made great beer suggestions to usto try. We enjoyed each one we sampled. Good service. Good beer and food. Nice ambiance. Definitely a score for us. Read more
Place had a lot of potential, just missed the mark for us.\n\nDid Beignets as an appetizer cause life is short. The outside was... nice and crisp and the filling is tasty, but it?s just mashed sweet potato so it comes across as soggy. Just be warned it?s notbready like an actual donut. It certainly didn?t stop us from eating them all.\n\nPork chop was shoe leather. Superdisappointed. The charred marshmallow sweet mash came on the side instead of under like the picture, which actually turned outbetter. The waitress said people either love or hate it, and I was in the hate it group. It?s hard to say what went wrong, thethyme didn?t really go with the rest of the flavors or something. I also asked for a side of the bourbon barrel stout chili andwas not impressed. They were out of cornbread so missed that train too.\n\nDesserts were pretty plain, not bad, but nothingspecial.\n\nTheir bourbon barrel stout is ok? probably wouldn?t order again.\n\nService wasn?t great, but everyone has a badnight, so I?d give them a pass on that. Came here randomly after brunch to sample some flights of beer and decided to play flight roulette. The bartender, Mark, talked... to us for a few minutes to see what we usually drank and came up with a nice mix. He was knowledgeable and answered ourquestions about it and provided extra information about it. We sampled a couple of other beers, before settling into favorites.The staff was conversational and nice. Ordered a pretzel that came with cheese and mustard and was huge. Chef Ty came out tochat with us for a bit and was friendly. Staff seems to enjoy working there and interact well with each other. Overallatmosphere was really chill. Will be coming back. Read more
Loved the grilled kale ceasar! Had a great smokiness and heartiness to it and the cornbread croutons were a nice touch. The... wings were ok, we got the medium chipotle garlic and mild Buffalo. The service was friendly. Surprisingly empty on a Fridayevening so there was no wait. Read more
Stopped by this place when I was downtown Indianapolis. I had a burger because that\'s what I like most. The tater tots were... crispy and had good seasoning on them. The burger was a tad bit salty but overall it was good. Read more
Great looking place with plenty to of potential. Sat in the bar area, which may have been our mistake. Not very well managed... as we waited 20 min for a waitress. The menu and drink selection looked great. Once the waitress came, drinks and foodfollowed quick enough, then we didn\'t see our waitress again for about 30 min. Ordered one more round, and again it was 30 minor so before she returned. The wings I had were large, but a bit undercooked. We ordered water with the drinks that never came.This would be a great place to go if they had better staff. Read more
The Ram is now Goodwood. Good stuff. The beer is still excellent. The service is phenomenal. The atmosphere is great. The food... is ok.\n\nThis is a great brew pub. Go for the drinks. Stay for the service and eat some grub. Read more
