i got a BLT and the bacon was NOT cooked, when we showed them the bacon and asked for a refund they refused because ?their bacon... is cooked fresh every morning? and sits out all day? they were rude and did nothing about our issue. as a fast food worker,their customer service sucked. Read more
This by far has got to be the absolute worst Five Gus I have ever been to in my life. Walked in and the girl at the register was... more worried about ringing in her own food then helping customers. It took over 30mins on a Monday night at 9:20pm for me to getmy one sandwich and fry. The manager was helping but then walked away to make a phone call about being short staffed, one girlabruptly left at 9:45 and there were only two other employees trying to finish cooking and ?help? a complete s#%* show is whatit was. No care for speed or taking care of customer and getting orders completed. They were also more concerned with trying toget their doors closed and locked. Do better and take of your customers! Delish burgers, crispy fries, friendly staff. Right in the heart of downtown.
We were the two Australian guys visiting five guys after gen con ended. The two female staff were lovely. The place was quiet... on the day. The young male staff with his headphone called out our order, but our milkshake was missing. I thought it may comelater so I waited. After we finished the whole meal, still nothing. When I went and said excuse me sir (although he looked likea teen), he interrupted me and just pointed at the front counter, to an older male staff. He walked off when I was midsentence. I went to ask the older staff, he said we just have to wait. We waited, 10 to 15 mins after we ate everything, stillnothing. Went to ask one of the female staff and she fixed it up in literally seconds. It's not the end of the world, but thecontrast betweeen the two lovely female staff and the two incredibly rude male staff was astounding. What a shame, without thetwo men the experience would have been much, much better. Read more
It is 8pm. The doordash shows that they're taking orders until 9:30. I put in an order that is over $100.00... and after... confirming, they immediately cancelled my order. When I called the store, first they just picked up and hung up. Next sent me toa voicemail. And then suddenly the number says unavailable. What happened? Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Read more

This was good, I always enjoy 5 guys, it really fills you up if you go here. So if you buy fries only get the small. Only get... the largest fri if you're buying for more than 4 people. I got a bacon hotdogs, was really good. Read more
I been a customer here for a while and today for the first they gave me and my friend burgers that were sitting in the tray... where grease flow go. Unbelievable I?m truly disappointed. They manager had the nerve to say it?s ok. Any and every time I comethey always put your burger on the grill when you order. People check your temperature of you food we work to hard for ourmoney. To let these food chains just to get old food. Five guys have never not cook to order until today. Not cool ???????? Read more
