1:40pm 10/20/22 Rude is the atmosphere of this location. I witnessed the most unprofessional behavior by the store manager on... duty while waiting for my food. A door dasher in front of me simply asked the manager about the order he was picking up. Herreply was nasty and unprofessional. She yelled at him several time that she heard her (her being the cashier) and then proceededto tell him he just needed to wait his turn while mumbling a whole lot more before ending her response with ?If you don?t likeit, don?t come back!? I have always patronized this location. There use to always be a black lady there as the manager and the place was so friendly.... The last two times I?ve been I stood at the cash register for a while and no one greeted me or anything. I went last night andthe crew seemed to be very lazy. They lied to me and another female customer that there was a thirty minute wait because theywere backed up with door dash orders. They were just trying to convince customers not to order. The lady customer left and Iplaced my order anyway. I watched as they only sent out one door dash order and two in store orders before mine. I?ve neverseen anything like this from this establishment until the last two visits. Bring that old manager back even if you have tooffer her more money. Read more
