Before I say anything, yes I know it?s very busy but to mess up our order twice is ridiculous. Also someone needs to retrain its... employees to not sweep the floor under customers feet as they?re sitting there eating. Ordered my meal for pickup from my work, drove to the store 10-15 mins later and clicked "on my way" on my order. Got to the... store and told them my order name, and they didnt seem to know what was going on and hadn't started my order, so I waited in thequeue with another person. I waited there for another 20 minutes and had to ask someone if they had my order ready again. Theguy checked the bag that had been sitting on the to-go counter for the past 10 minutes and handed it to me to hold. I thenreminded him I ordered a shake, and waited another 5 minutes for him to make it. I ended up wasting my entire lunch breakwaiting on people who forgot to make my food, and then forgot to give it to me. After all of that I was able to eat my coldburger and fries. The Manager was very funny, nice, and accommodating. My husband had never been to a 5 Guys restaurant. The manager went to the... menue and shared with him his choices, then brought the food out to him. And the food was good also. I am sure we will go back. Read more
Five Guys is probably my favorite chain of burger joints. I can't remember ever eating a burger there I did not like. Not... neccessarily fast food, but they are working fast. They can be very busy and waits can be 10 or 20 minutes before you get yourfood, but it is absolutely worth it. They also pack the bag with fries more than you can eat sometimes, but the fries are sodelicious. I love their variety of burger topping and they are no additional charge except for cheese or an additional patty.They even have lettuce wraps which my wife loves. I also enjoy their shakes especially during these hot summer nights. Thisspecific location always has good service, is speedy, and very clean and spacious. Read more
The 1 star is for the friendly staff and prompt service. But the food was terrible! Oh..except the grilled cheese. Thank... goodness they got the kids item right. Milkshakes were so bland nobody could tell the difference between the strawberry andbanana. So much ketchup on the bottom and Mayo on the top of the buns, it soaked all the way thru the bun..on both sandwiches.We joked around, that there was no way they could mess up the bacon cheese hot dog. But they did..no bacon! Some of the frieswere crispy and overcooked..others were soggy and soft. I?m really at a loss here..what happened? What a waste of time andmoney. Read more
I just got out of having Lasik done the other day and me and my sister were starving. I wouldn't see anything because it was so... bright and my eyes were so watery. I will say tho that burger was well worth the wait!! It was fresh and amazing, wish I couldhave seen it. The fries were pretty bomb too!! ????? Read more

Visiting from out of town and stopped in to grab a bit to eat. While I certainly understand all food is made to order the wait... was ridiculously long. Some employees seemed to be moving at a sneal pace and when the manager ask for of the guys if theycould move a little quicker he became upset. Like really?
