I used to really enjoy going to firehouse here recently in my past few times going I?m waiting an hour on my food because online... orders are pushed ahead. The staff usually isn?t that friendly and when I have tried ordering mobile order, it takes it just aslong, so I?m not sure which direction to go because usually there?s always a line and the other night I sat there for an hourwaiting on sandwiches, which is ridiculous so out and just sitting there waiting for food and one rude staff. While a national team this is a franchise operation and we were especially impressed with the management of this particular... store. We also feel that Firehouse subs doesn't incredible job of supporting local firefighter related programs and that theyare an asset in all the communities they serve! Read more
My family and I showed up last night about 2 hours before the sign said they closed. When going up to the counter the lady came... from the back and mentioned they were cleaning up to close acting all annoyed. Then a teenage girl ignored us for about a coupleminutes before taking our order focusing on putting trash bags in trash cans and sweeping the back before paying any attentionto us while two other employees just stood there ignoring us as well. We didn?t get our drinks and when mentioned to the girl atthe counter, she just threw them on the table almost making one fall on the floor. They said they didn?t have any mushrooms sothey were unable to make an Engineer. But this ended up being a lie because they put mushrooms on a Turkey Bacon Ranch eventhough that sandwich doesn?t come with any mushrooms. The all out attitude from the employees was unacceptable. If you can?thire employees that show they care about the customers either don?t hire them or shut the place down. I?m not coming back tothis place. Read more

Dirty tables for that time of day (lunch before 11 am). There was a very dirty and smelly guy sleeping at a table with his head... in his food. Not what I want to see or smell when I go to order my food. I had more bread than meat or vegetables on mysandwich. Expensive for what you actually get.
