Great BBQ for the price. Not like stopping at your local BBQ pit, but good! They do not have steak, which was disappointing for... someone that was with us. The brisket is good though. They're kid friendly! My niece and nephew are the pickiest eaters and theyboth ate their food and more. Service is on point and food is good, you get large portions and it's cheap for everything youget! The main picture is the "feast for 2" that we had already taken 2 plates worth of food out of! This restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, and bright. Our server was great. I asked him to repeat his name, but I still... didn't get it (something like Duwan), but nonetheless, he was terrific. The food for my husband was "fantastic" according tohim. I do not like spicy food, so I order ribs, grilled pineapple, and mac n cheese. The mac n cheese had corn in it andsomething spicy / hot. Took awhile to be sat but we quickly realized there was a charter bus finishing up and only one server. Our appetizer of burnt... ends was quickly served and delicious! I placed a carry out order And the food was terrible. However I call back the same day to speak with The manager And I was told... that they were busy and would call me back in 15 minutes but that didn't happen Eventually someone call back and left a message.So the next day I went to the store in person talk with the young lady name Tiffany Who was the manager on duty at the time andstated She could not give back My money And I ask why I because I had not ate the meal which I brought back uneaten and thereceipt She offered to replace the meal or give me some paper Bucks. I am a regular at famous Davis and when I dine in Itip above and beyond But this time the food and service was terrible I guess they should try getting older adults For managersthat can handle the job Because there is no way I should not have been given my money back. I haven't been to a Famous Dave's in years but I found that at least here the quality of the food was just ok. The service was... fantastic; waitress and hostess very attentive. I had the three meat platter. The brisket was decent as was the cat fish butchicken was sub par. Read more
All of Food came to the table slightly warm. Loaded baked potato was cold, butter and cheese wasn’t melted due to potato being... cold. The chicken Caesar salad (not pictured) had ranch tossed inside of it instead of Caesar dressing. Overall not so goodexperience. First time eating here. Read more
We had two serving of Catfish bites as an appetizer, they were great. We had the Feast for 2, which included, spare ribs, bar b... que chicken, with bar b que brisket. The sides where, cole slaw, corn on the cob, baked beans, french fries and sweet corn breadmuffins. Choice of Pepsi products, Tea, Lemonade or alcohol beverages. This place is really nice to dine out by yourself, forcouples, large groups and families with children. This is one of favorite restaurant to dine out at. Read more
