Came here at 715am on a Sunday google and door says 6am open. 4 employees inside walking around. Tried to call just to watch... them look at me from the counter.. childish people no wonder why business are closing everyday. Read more
Hadn't been here since before the pandemic so was super excited to go. When I pulled up; I thought they were out of business... because all the tables and chairs and signs are thrown in the window area like they were being demolished. I sat there for aminute trying to figure out why there were lights on. All of the dining area was sectioned off with yellow tape like a crimescene. There were no customers so I got out of my car and looked inside. I saw a couple employees in there so I was excitedthey were open; I think. When I went in. I was not greeted so I asked if they were open because it didn't give the impressionof a open business other than there were bagels, and lights, and one employee eating, and a lady who looked at me like I washer enemy. She informed me that they were no longer doing dine in, which was fine because I just wanted to order a bagel to go.I wondered why you wouldn't have a sign on the door indicating that they were open for carry out only. Good news, the bagelwas really good. She asked me if wanted it toasted, and I said yes, and then she gave it to me untoasted which I didn'tnotice till I got home. No problem....so little cream cheese that it completely took away from the only good thing about theexperience; the bagel. A girl came in after me, and they all really turned on the charm, like it was a friend, or someone theyliked. Cashier told me to move away from the check out area for the only other customer. After looking at my receipt andseeing I left a tip, she perked up and said; "come back and see us!". Lol.....Too bad that a place with a good product is acomplete fail on every other aspect of the business. Needs a COMPLETE makeover of EVERYTHING except the bagels! Read more
First time I?ve ever had bad coffee at an Einstein Brothers. We love the vanilla hazelnut but this was awful. We even waited... while they brewed a new pot but it wasn?t any better. Really put a damper on our breakfast ?? Read more
I order from here very often and love the bagels but as of late and I mean I order regular bagels with shmear almost every... morning. As of late I get a bagel that you have to put glasses on to see if there really is any shmear at all on the bagel. Ihave called the store over 10 times not once does anyone bother to answer. I went to get two dozen orders slices and toasted. I tried to ca ahead the order and phones were not working. I went in places... my order and requested them be sliced and toasted. I waited and she gave me the bagel not toasted I asked her kindly if she cantoast them. She said yes them this rude lady came in and said oh no we can?t roast 30 bagels. Tell her no so rude to this younglady. Then she said ok we can do then she said no we can do one box. Poor young lady came to me and said sorry I can?t do it. Isaid fine just do one box. I asked the lady who yelled if I can speak to her and she said what do you want. I said the way youtalked to this young girl is disrespectful. She said she new and needs training I said that not how you train. Well we are shortstaffed I can?t do what you want. I said that?s fine but don?t yell at people. She started yelling at me. Refuses to accept thatshe was rude said you don?t under been since 3am. I said I am sorry but don?t be rude. These type of people should never beservice industry. Read more
My first time going to Einstein Bros took the avocado bacon and egg was certainly very delicious on a toasted bagel I was going... to have coffee as well but didn?t. Certainly a very interesting and tasty breakfast bagel at the moment you can?t sit insidebut outside dining is available. Would I go back absolutely the way it was made was great. Read more
Had a great meeting here at Einstein?s Bagels! We were there close to them closing but the staff was still very happy to help... and and accommodating. I loved the bagel I got with salmon and cream cheese! The location and very large and has lots ofseating, too. Great staff and great food! Read more
Just walked in there to have a bite around 11:30am which should be peak time for a place like this. No cars outside, no people... inside. The place looked abandoned. To my surprise, they had two employee that looked like they didn't want to be there. I wasshocked that every single table and chair was either tuned over or had a sticker saying dinin-in is closed due to the pandemic.I figured I would ask if they had a small section that would still be open and I was told "No, it's corporate decision"and they couldn't do anything about it. What a pathetic excuse, not from the employees,rather from the company as whole. What havewe come to. Businesses like this will not continue to exist due to their own decisions, they can blame the pandemic all theywant. They want to take advantage of the situation and continue to sell their product to make money without catering to the mainline of business they are in which is food and hospitality. I chose to go elsewhere. I walked to another food business nextdoor that provided a table and a chair. You skip catering to your customers and your customers will skip your business. Read more
