Staff was all over the place talking with friends and not paying attention. We stood there for over 20 mins then the... unprofessional worker asked if we were waiting for something. No we just like standing around listening to your screechingdrama. The 20 min wait was for blueberry munchins, that were already paid for. After the 20 mins we were told they didn't haveblueberry. The machines and counters were gross and have puddles of old milk and coffee. Shame. Read more
Didn't have a good experience here a little after they opened and thought I'd give them another try since they are the closest... dunkin to me now since moving to indy. Where I'm from, everyone goes to dunkin so I've had almost everything on the menu and Iknow how things are supposed to taste. I won't speak on my first coffee from a few months ago but today I rerouted so many timeson the way here because of all the chaos going on downtown since it's Colts game weekend. I almost went farther to anotherdunkin bc it was so hard to get there but I stuck with it... man I wish I hadn't. I redeemed a free coffee and got the XL NuttyCoffee. After driving through hoops to get home, my coffee has had time to cool down, I happily go to take my first sip.. andit's absolutely disgusting. Ruined my whole day. I'm extremely disappointed.
