They have no idea what they are doing, they didn't give us a total when we ordered, they charged us $6 something at the window,... and tried to give us the wrong order, we told them that wasn't our order, and then he wanted $8 on top of the almost $7 wealready paid him for what we thought was our total. Pretty sure he was a manager that had no clue what he was doing. We ended upgiving him $2 more dollars and in total ended up paying about .50 more than our total and we drove off with him still confused,we won't be back, we went mid morning when they weren't busy. I never have a complaint coming to this particular Dunkin? Donuts. Even in the morning time, they are super friendly, my order... is ALWAYS accurate and the nice lady at the window always looks for a reason to laugh. How can you complain about that? There is a literal angel here. I came in 3 days after surgery with a strong strawberry craving, I was informed the strawberry... refresher I wanted was not available. Now I'm not usually emotional but que tears, and this sweet woman went above and beyond tomake me a strawberry drink with coconut milk and it was just what I needed. I cannot thank this woman enough for her kindnessand compassion while dealing with what she probably felt was a crazy emotional woman was truly magic ???? Read more
I really want to like Dunkin? Donuts but they don?t read the order notes or fulfill my order accurately 50% of the time. I... usually order GrubHub for delivery and I always order extra eggs or extra bacon and at least half the time they don?t fulfillit. So GrubHub will issue me a refund, which is fine but it takes 5 to 7 business days to get the refund on this missing itemwhen really I just wanted to have it with my meal and enjoy my meal. Some of the workers are super nice and skilled, some however are NOT. (Lookin at you big red) There is also a decline in quality... of products and ingredients. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
