I love dunkin and have for decades. I swear their coffee is amazing but this location is poorly run. Donutes can be very dry or... just poorly done more often than not. They will close while u are literally already sitting at speaker waiting to order. Theytook the order from the car in front of me, and I pulled up to speaker 3 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't come on toanswer and tell me they closed. Keep in mind I had waiting in like a 4 car line to get to the speaker. I went thru another timeand order 6 donuts and they messed up 4 of the 6. This location needs an overhaul Read more
I love the hot chocolate at Dunkin' donuts but they're donuts are horrible. I would say they are just about the worst donuts you... can get at any donut chain on the south side. The only reason I ever go here is for the avocado toast with bacon or for a largehot chocolate. I would not recommend much else on their menu. Instead, go to Pana donuts. The drive thru line took a while to get through. All the staff seemed inexperienced. Both our iced coffees tasted way too... bitter, not sure if it was missing sweetener or what. Honestly wasn?t the worst experience and would go if it was the last placeto get coffee on earth but if you?re deciding between here and anywhere else I?ll make the decision easy for you: pass on thisone. This location is a NO for me. I normally go to McDonalds next door if I decide to grab something quick in the morning with time.... This place has no customer service, I sat in the drive thru for a while. Everything I order had this OLD taste to it. The donuttasted like it was old and left out for days, the hash browns I have look looked like they have been cooked in old oil but soggyas if they were microwaved because they didn?t have that little crunch. Let me start by saying I absolutely love the coffee, only WHEN THEY GET IT RIGHT! You have to repeat your order and even if they... repeat it back they still get it wrong. Then when you tell them this wrong they get the biggest attitude with you like you werein the wrong! They are rude they can?t get anything right! I ordered hash browns today and they were burnt, old grease looking,tasting and cold. I ended up giving them to my dog! I tried to call and complain and there phone only goes to a answeringmachine like a house phone/ cell phone. Worst place and very rude! Read more
I used to go here every Saturday and Sunday for weeks last year, this year the service has been terrible. The workers don?t even... know what they are doing! I was charged $8 for a drink and a donut when I am a loyal customer and I know that that is not howmuch my normal order costs. Two weeks in a row I have waited in a very long line only to experience terrible service not only inthe drive through but inside aswell. Please hire some more people to work the drive through line that actually know what theyare doing. I was actually told by a worker today ? you need to wait? when I asked for my donut and card back after she had itback behind the counter for over 5 minutes.
