It?s not often I make complaints when reviewing, however, it has finally come to a point where it must be stated. As a consumer... my expectations are always to get what I ordered. I understand mistakes occur and it just happens. We frequently order coffeethrough Door Dash and almost always it comes from this store. (And spare me on the Dasher adding cream) I order black coffee -always. Nothing in it. Yet somehow - once or twice a week this store manages to add cream to my order. The tag on the coffeespecially shows black coffee. I guess I?m confused about how this is mistaken for hazelnut cream. I?m not asking forperfection. Just read the label you print out and put directly on the cup before you add random things to orders. Read more
The cold brew coffee tastes like it's been diluted with water. I have never had such a flavorless cup from a coffee house. I... ordered black because I want to taste my coffee, not a bunch of fake sugar flavors. Horrible. I overpaid for a cup of hot waterwith a dab of coffee flavoring. Read more
I have always had great experiences at this location. But today I went through the drive-through to get a everything bagel... toasted with cream cheese and this is what I got. There wasn?t even a plastic knife included. How am I supposed to add the creamcheese to it? Never have I been to a Dunkin? Donuts in the more than 30 years that I have been going and not had the creamcheese already put on the bagel. I don?t mean to sound like this is first world problems which I admit it is. Staff was courteous, and accommodating. (I asked if my cinnamon muffin could be warmed real quick, and the cashier didn't... hesitate!) Also, I noticed a nice diverse staff of age, gender and race. They seem to work well with each other and stillproviding great service. It was also nice to see TV present but not loud enough to disturb conversations or a light reading. Agreat spot for a quick stop, or linger with coffee and donut. Read more
The drinks were great. The team of three were not so great. There was only one car ahead of me and no one in the store. When I... pulled around the lady at the window disappeared. The young man and the other lady working looked at each other and startedmaking the drinks. The young man didn't do anything. He instructed the new lady to make the drinks. Unfortunately she didn'tknow how and he wasn't forthcoming with the information. I waited 8 min. to get two cold drinks that were mostly ice! I'll drivepast this store next time. Read more
