I ordered a pizza and a salad about a half hour before closing. Well guess what, the DOORDASH guy didn't grab the salad and... blamed it on me for ordering late! LOL Avoid ordering delivery from this Donatos Pizza, its poorly ran and poorly managed. Andfrankly, they just don't care....that's the honest truth. They've been trash for a while. People, just order pick up, don't DAREto order delivery. It doesn't help that they raised they're prices. C Read more
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and made a very large order for pick up. The manager on shift mistakenly left the... pick up date off the ticket and the GM deleted the whole order. Thankfully we showed up 20 minutes early. The manager was SOapologetic, and kind. He remembered he had a very large order coming and that we had some Asiago cheese breads and large salads.They knocked out our pizzas quickly and it was delicious!!! I ordered pizza and I was charged but NEVER received any food. I asked for a refund that night. I did NOT get it. I called back... and spoke to the assistant manager who said they just had to let some bad employees go. He seemed helpful and said that I shouldreceive my refund within 10 days. Again, I NEVER got it. I called a third time and finally received a refund a month later. Thisplace is obviously poorly run. Avoid this location. Read more
Forgot salads. Gave us the wrong sauce for our breadsticks and omitted the second one we paid for. The pizza was overcooked and... burn at the edges. I understand current climate issues but they make mistakes or serve poor quality almost every time we orderfrom them. The drive to the one on S Madison is worth it. Read more
Yesterday I came in for lunch around 11:40. There were 2 customers (co-workers) in the dining room who'd already eaten their... food. No one else. I was told, "It's going to be an hour before we can get to your order. We just got 25 orders come in." Nottold: "We're understaffed, everyone called off sick", etc. Thinking it was a joke I asked if they had run out of pizzadough! How long does this store plan to stay "OPEN" if they can't work in ONE walk in order in the dining room. Been coming hereweekly for years - but this was absolutely ridiculous customer service! Order a 14 inch pizza and received a 12 inch Place order in advance so it would not be late but it was late by 50 minutes. Pizza... was cold when arrived. Little to no sauce on the pizza. Bread sticks were not fresh and burnt. This unacceptable! I want arefund or remake these two items for me. Only good thing that came out of this order was the boneless wings. They gave us the completely wrong pizza. Then upon calling them they say they can't do refunds. What kind of business is unable... to give a refund. They gave us a 4 dollar credit, so we have to do business with them again if we want our money back. Too bad Icouldn't give 0 stars. The pizza was also under cooked and tasted terrible. Rude and unpleasant service. Placed an order for a specific number of pizzas and received the wrong order. My colleague was... basically rushed off the phone, and given wrong names. As a professional organization you don't tell your customers "go toLittle Ceasars they can help you." That's poor management skills. Read more
