We order our food on Friday May 6th at 9:30pm. We were advised that the food would be out to us by 10:45 pm we ordered a full... entree Italian salad, 14? inch works pizza , and 10 mild Buffalo wings - 2 ranch packets, one Italian sauce , and 4 cheese cups..when the order was placed the representative that took our order confirmed our address correctly. When the delivery was sentout the driver went to the wrong location . The driver stated on the phone that the representative at the restaurant gave himthe wrong address. When the driver arrived to the correct location - the pizza was cold, the four cheese cups were missing , andthe lid was missing off the salad. This was extremely unprofessional . We then called the restaurant Saturday May 7th, and spokewith the General manager David Sharpe. David searched our order and confirmed our meal , and wanted to make the situation right. He offered to send out the same order with everything we asked for and on time . David stated that our order will be out to usat 7pm . After an hour half passes we called the restaurant to see what was delaying our order and could not get through. Wethen called every 30 mins from there and no luck speaking with no one . We were then left without food that was promised to beDelivered. Today, I called Donatos - and David pick the phone up , I then asked David what happen to the meal that was promisedto be delivered . He responded , oh the driver was out with your food and couldn?t find where you live ,-so I just refunded yourmoney back . This was not what we requested , we have done business with donatos for years and love the food . David was veryrude and stated he had too much going on to call us about our order , and forgot to follow back up with us on what is going on .I then asked David why didn?t he call me today; and he could not answer the question and continue to make excuses about why hehas not fulfilled what was promised . Be forewarned. This location cannot seem to get an order correct! This time they forgot the breadsticks. And they are using... door dash - horrible company! They left the pizza outside. No contact does not mean leave it without notification! The time weordered before this they forgot my pizza. Yeah not okay! We call and they want to know if we can come pick it up? This is what was supposed to be ?The works?. Called to let them know that we paid extra for cheddar cheese(which was missing... along with the green peppers) was told it would be made over! An hour later the staff came to check the first pizza. Two cornersand two pieces eating so kiddo could go to bed. Was told that because ?it had pieces gone? we were not getting the remake. Called again, they put me on hold, two different ?managers? answered to say they don?t know what happened. I guess I shouldhave read the reviews on this store before ordering. Please beware! Put order online was given a delivery time. Its been over 30 minutes called the store and got yelled at by the manager. Then... placed on hold. After 15 minutes was told there just putting my pizza in the oven. Never again Read more
