The staff was great but the pizza definitely lacked in flavor. Barely any sauce. Pepperoni isn't spicy. Cheese was minimal. Just... seems like quality food isn't being served anymore and Donatos is in line with the rest. Times are to difficult these days forcompanies to serve less than quality ingredients to paying customers. So disappointed. Read more

This restaurant will not refund me my money! I have been trying for almost a week to get the GM to reach out to me! I placed an... order on their website directly for delivery and paid online. I received a link stating that my order would be delivered byDoorDash. The DoorDash driver, drove around my neighborhood for 45 minutes. I placed calls to the driver and texted multipletimes, no response. I immediately called the store and asked if I could come pick up another order, because at this point thepizzas are cold driving around for 45 minutes with a driver who does not answer phone calls or texts! They advised me I wouldhave to pay for another order and contact DoorDash in regards for a refund. I get on the phone with DoorDash and they aretelling me Donatos has to refund me my money because I paid them directly. While on the phone with DoorDash, I placed anotherorder online for pick up. I keep DoorDash on the phone while I am at the store. They are both saying they cannot refund me mymoney. I have now placed two orders and one was not delivered by DoorDash and the one I pick up is burned! It has now beenalmost a week and I still cannot get anyone to assist me. I have made multiple calls to Donatos customer service. They say thislocation is a franchise and because of that they cannot help me directly. I am at the mercy of the GM, I believe her name isRachel. All they do is send her an email and she never calls me or reaches out. I have lived in this neighborhood since I was achild. I will never go back to this Donatos. This is how you treat your paying and dedicated customers! I'm not sorry forwanting my money back when we are paying $5.00/gallon for gas! Read more

3/22/2022 Evening time order. My family wanted Donatos pizza LG Serious Meat thin crust which was awesome and LG Founder's... Favorite thick crust added spinach, 3 cups of marinara but got spicy cheese cups instead. I called after it got delivered spoketo a Manager sorry didn't ask his name he apologized about the ingredient and mix up on the cups and stated that they were veryshort handed then said he was going to credited my phone number with $25.00 for me to call it in I thanked him and hung up.5/1/2022 7pm I called inquiring about my credit spoke with another Manger he saying NOTHING was under my number he said whywould he give you a credit of that amount just for SPINACH I was very disappointed I was LIED to unless he just forgot ithappens. So usually I?m not the one to leave bad reviews only because I work in customer service as well. But for starters if you look on... the receipt it says extra sauce. So I call back up to the store once I got home and seen that my pizza didn?t have extra sauceon it. The worker says to me I bet you $100 that your pizza does have sauce on it because he made it. First of all that?s nothow you talk to a customer, so I hang up and go back to the store. The interaction that me and this employee had ways way out ofcharacter. But I?ve never had to argue with an employee because he didn?t make my order correctly. Read more

3 -4 years ago this location was fast and dependable. Over the last 2 years it has been more miss then hit. From orders taking... to long, being cold or missing food/condiments. But to support our local chains during this time and because their pizza isn?tbad. We give them more chances. But these last few time the app didn?t work, and we couldn?t even get someone on the phone toorder. Not only from this location but the next closet that will deliver to us. In Carmel $$$$ of all places. Still we give thema try. Well this last time shame on us. Our order was late , the food was ice cold, the sub was uncut, we are missing sauces. Iwouldn?t even trust eating the wings by how cold they are. Then when trying to call the store for a refund , you wait on holdfor 45 mins till it hangs up on you. This is poor service all around. I have held on and tried to be understanding . But afterchecking the reviews I?m not the only one, who has experienced poor service. It?s Saturday so Customer service is closed. ComeMonday I will be calling corporate for a full refund. Normally I?d give the location a chance to fix it. But I can?t reachanyone. And this has happened to many times. I love to support local but don?t waist your time and money here. You?ll just endup hungry. Read more
