Placed order at 6:30 for pickup at 7:30 and didn?t get our order until after 8pm.

Received the wrong order, called to get things straightened out and didn't even receive an apology for their mistake and wasting... my time. The replacement pizza was even poorly made with less toppings (it is supposed to be a pan pizza) and grease literallypooling in the box. Read more

One of the first days they opened I ordered carry out, the worker (THE* only worker) seemed overwhelmed. However, it only took a... couple of minutes and my order was hot and correct (2 stars) I am soooo disappointed to say this but I really had a hair in mypizza. It was short and dark and visible, it was baked into the cheese on top. :( I didn?t really want the pizza after that. Thebread bites were good, the cinnamon twists were like ? ok ? something was weird like? they weren?t cinnamony, they were reallywet? I?m not sure. I ordered a pizza at this facility and indicated I planned to pick it up at the drive-through window. When I arrived, there were... three employees in the store, and two employees saw me at the drive-through window. However, no one took the time to come to thewindow to speak to me about my order. After waiting five minutes, I called the store and only then did someone come to thewindow. She finally gave me my food order which had been completed and sitting waiting for pickup. If you don't mind gettingcool food, then this is the place to go. I must add, their prices were much more reasonable than Pizza Hut. Read more
