I used to like this pizza for long time. It's not the best but its ok. But in the last two orders I've placed my pizzas came... out really bad. Not even half the way they used to prepare the pizzas. My sausage pizzas came with big chunk pieces of sausageand some of the slices only two pieces of meat and some just one piece. I understand all the prices are getting high but that'sa joke and slap in the face to the customers. Not good anymore. Hopefully they change, I will come back anyway. Read more

I waited over two hours and still my pizza did not arrive and I and only five minutes away from the store they preposely made me... wait and all that had was excuses and did not offer anything they were rude and hung up on me when I asked what was taking tolong and after two and a half-hours my pizza ended up like this Read more

Order was in ?quality check? for an hour according to the online tracker. When I called to speak to the manager, Erica, I told... her that I did not want an old and cold pizza. She put me on a brief hold to check on my pizza. Online tracker then says thedriver just left with my delivery. Manager gets back on the phone to tell me my order is already on its way. Of course it getsdelivered cold and way past estimated delivery time. The manager literally sent my order out while talking to me, knowinglysending me an old and cold pizza. Horrible service! Was told the delivery time was 25 to 30 minutes. An hour later I called and was told next driver was bringing it. An hour and 20... minutes later I get a call telling me I can come pick it up or cancel the order, after it is too late to order anywhere else.Will never order from there again. Manager could have told the truth when I called. Read more

I called on Saturday to place an order for pick up on Sunday for a large carry out order which I gave them 24 hours notice on... and paid for ahead of time for $175 worth of pizza and sides. I showed up to pick up the pizza and the store was not even openno phone call no apology I had to wait two days before they actually open the store again to get someone to answer the phone andher only explanation was I apologize for that I didn?t know the store wasn?t going to be opened by the morning manager. No offerfor any kind of restitution discount on my next order or anything. We feed College kids often and have done this order severaltimes in the past. This just put me in an awful spot with 15 hungry kids and no food. Just ridiculous I mean how does that levelof incompetence happen? Read more

After they messed up my order the manager called back and made it better with $25 and a free 2 liter on my next order. The pizza... was hot and fresh and the brownies was amazing as always. Read more

Does anyone know how to contact someone for a refund? I?ve been trying to cancel my pizzas since 4 hours has passed. I checked... the pizza tracker, it continues to say it?s in quality check. I?ve tried to call the store, but the only thing I hear is a robotvoice. When I do end up going past the robot voice, the ringing noise goes on forever until they end up declining the call. Mypast experiences with Dominoes were amazing, but this literally cant be ignored. Like come on? 4 hours???? Literally ridiculous. Read more

Ordered pizza and 2 hours later the tracker still says it's being prepared. I called the store and spoke to someone(I think her... name was Alice) and she assured me that it was still being prepared and that the delivery driver was simply running behind. Iasked if she was sure food was still coming since the store closes in 15 minutes and it was still not prepared. She againassured me that our food was on the way. 40 minutes later no food arrived and the tracker says the order was completed. I triedcalling but the store was closed. I called the 1(800) number which gave me an automated message which told me to deal with thestore I ordered from and hung up on me. Very unhappy with this trash service and total lack of professionalism. Read more
